I don’t know about anyone else, but I thoroughly enjoyed the Epic Mickey games. They were dark and interesting and bringing back Oswald to Disney was amazing in the way they did it. Also, being able to travel through the classic cartoons was awesome! The way your choices influenced the game was an even more interesting twist and for a child who may not understand the darker element of the game, it does show that your actions have consequences. Personally, the games were some of my favourite and got me into gaming in the first place. I definitely suggest to anyone looking for a dark Disney story!

Maybe I should re-aquire it and give it a second chance then. I sold it because I quite honestly found it boring. Now don't get me wrong, I loved the gameplay, but everything in the game being grey, black, and purple, gave me horrible flashbacks to Shadow the Hedgehog, a game that thought that just re-using those three colours throughout the game automatically made it more edgy.

***** well square stated that they would release a kh game every year. They might release a remake of kh 3D this year but next year will need to be kingdom hearts 3. Also square changed the engine to unreal engine 4 to make the development faster. So, who knows it might be released in 2016. btw they started development of kh3 before kh 3D if i remember rigth.

Even though I am a KH fan, I'm not sure if KH deserves the number one slot since its a half breed of square and disney. Don't get me wrong, it should still be the list or at least honorable mentions. It's the fact that KH seems more on square and the final fantasy characters then disney. You could argue most of the locations you go to are disney and the quest in each do recreate the disney series, but 80% of the story line is you playing as this character venturing in his quest to save his friends and yeah. Besides in KH2, you HEAVILY play and learn about final fantasy characters.

Andrea Leggio The difference is that Hercules and hamlet are public domain, and interpretations. Tarzan is straight from the modern authors work. It's "Disney's Tarzan" because it's based off of their imaging, but they do not have the rights to the intellectual property of Tarzan.

I'm actually surprised to see EPIC MICKEY on the list!I mean, it is pretty good, but it had some very annoying features!1. When picking up collectibles, if you miss any and move on, you won't be able to get them without restarting!2. The game saves automatically, so you can't quit, and go back to a previous area to play through again!3. The Toontown screen glitch, trapping you in limbo, and forcing you to restart, when you're like 2 / 3 done!

Actually from what I understand Kingdom Hearts 3 will not be the last game. More accurately it will finally finish the Xehanort Saga so yes there will be a different focus after Kingdom Heart 3, But no there has not been any official statement indicating that KH3 will be the last game they make. After all Sora has been said to be a very important character and will continue to play a role in Kingdom Hearts even after number 3. So I don't know what this statement of yours is about "With the Series finally coming to a close" What are you trying to say there? Do you know something I don't?
