These clips highlight the importance of good umping. Umpires, like everyone else, can make mistakes, but they can choose to defuse the situation by owning up to it. The handling of the Tiafoe net-incident was perfectly managed, as was the umpire giving Rune some friendly advice. The opposite led to Ymer losing his sh*t. Not defending his behavior at all, but it didn't need to come to that if the umpire had just checked the effing mark.

The Net rule is a complete nonsense. Doesn't have any common sense. Net is a net, it doesn't matter if you play singles or doubles. Either shorten the net / court for singles, or don't have this stupid rule. So you can't shoot balls threw there, because there is a net, but you can bump into the net and it doesn't count as a net, because they play singles? Thats just a bad rule. And I don't know what u talking about Umpires. Rune lost a point, because of an Umpires mistake. So what is gonna happen, if it is an important point and someone loses the match because of that? The match then shouldn't be valid. He lost the set because of that. Does the Umpire gets punished/fined, as Rune asked? No I think they don't. And its not fair. Thats why every match should have hawkey calling the shots, people are just unreliable and there is more then enough evidence in the past.

In our Aussie Rugby League, the refs get demoted to a lower grade competition if they perform poorly in the Professional grade. I say that if players in Tennis get 2 challenges per set, then lines people should be swapped if they make 2 wrong calls. There should be no shame associated with this because we all know we can have a bad day at work due to no fault of our own. Refs I’m sure do get together and review theirs and each other’s performances post match but the supervisors need to make it transparent to the public of any outcomes.

Refs have to be consistent. I totally believe it when Ymer says he has never seen a ref not check a mark when a player asks. Even when they are sure they still come down and just show it to the player. The rules probably don't specify that he should come down, but you have created an expectation with players when you always do it and that has to account for something. The ref says he cannot check it twice, then that he saw it good. That doesn't make sense. He won't check it. Perhaps his English is poor, but to sit in that chair you have to be able to express yourself properly in English. Seems like later he may have refered to Ymer not immediately stopping which is not a rule, it's a judgement call, which I think is very close here. At any rate, the umpire was all over the place here, made bad arguments and he could have avoided the whole thing by just checking the mark. Managing the situation is also part of refereing and he chose to boost his ego over his job, facilitating the game. Ymer's actions later on were inexcusable, but that's a seperate matter.

One thing I want to mention here that he has 2 CR as capital which is a very good corpus . Although, He is just deploying 5 percent of his total capital. One should know his/her financial situation better before taking up option trading as career or business. At the end of the day, It is your money and you need to manage and protect your capital. No else will do and teach you do it. About Dinesh, He has developed a strong mindset towards his risk tolerance. He has already gained technical expertise over the period of time. You guys don’t have to become him or follow his path. Please get this thing right in your head, How much ever you learn and watch videos and take training.. It all boils down to one’s financial backing and ability to make decisions on his investment plans. Most of us don’t have financial support from friends and family. Take up trading only a means of business like any other business you require capital so you cant put your hard earned wages like this. It is suitable to one who has strong financial reserves and backing- VCs or Investors backing. Please don’t ruin your precious life otherwise. All the best.

The time has come to evaluate judges. In 2024 it should be better than that. Some judges should be replaced.

The timing between both score calls is odd. Can't call the score for 20 seconds! lol

Maybe if they make a supervisor's supervisor than the players will believe the call :)

Number 8, how does this umpire still have a job at this level? Terrible decision here, and terrible decision at the Estoril Open today
