The weird scooter poncho makes pretty good sense to me. Put it on, ride, your normal clothing stays dry. Take it off at your destination. Looks like a pain to deal with but I wished I had that kind of wind protection when I briefly rode a Burgman 650. Not having a tank to grip made it mighty drafty down in the uh central regions.

Clock is quite a nice addition. Also that "cruise control" is working. Helps you relive stress from your wrist during long rides. Of course it has to be tight enough to not move by itself, but not too much so you can easily "override it" manually. But I have better brand , Go Cruise if I remember. Air cushion helps. Not by that brand but it works.

@someguy952010 ай бұрын
I have a similar cruise control setup, but it can be loosened with the push of a button. It clamps hard enough to stay true even on highway speeds and high rpm, yet you can still adjust the throttle if need be Works with a plate that pushes a spring with a silicone pad against the throttle tube. The friction between the grip and silicone pad, are what "locks" it in place. But it never stopped me from just closing the throttle in some close calls
@squidlybytes10 ай бұрын
Came here to say this, I've got the same thing. It doesn't 'lock' the throttle so much as it just barely stops it from closing under spring tension. 8/10, excellent device.
@cujoedaman7 ай бұрын
@@squidlybytes Agreed, I have the same thing and it works perfect. I very rarely have to adjust the screw to keep it "just tight enough". A lot of the reviews, I assume, just don't understand how it's supposed to work or that you're not supposed to remove your hand from the throttle (even though we all do it). I only use it on longer trips, not in town where I might have to suddenly slow down because of some idiot cutting in front of me.
