I worked in a slaughterhouse once. The guy who owned it was a real good guy, older probably in his early 70s. The topic of the holocaust came up and he had absolutely no idea what we where talking about. It's messed up something so horrible like that happened that we want to actually erase it from history and people are genuinely unaware that this happened in 2020.

the man owned a slaughterhouse....... the acknowlegement of the holocaust would mean having to acknowlegement of his own personal hojocaust. being able to get past the cries and scream of the unsuspecting animals so he could function would also require not taking on the knowlege of such things. you would have to become numb. you say he owned it? then i would say he was successful at the disassociation with humanity.

There was a very prolific serial killer named Andrei Chikatilo also known as "Citizen X" by the Russian law enforcement. This monster killed I believe 52 people and most of them were physically or mentally impaired. He preyed on the weakest of Russian society and in a very horrific manner. He is definitely one for your list. @@donnageorge6506 cool useless facts on top 10 vs boring useless lies in school- yep top 10 is the lesser of 2 evils, delivering the greater history of evil. Win-win. So tell mom you're not wasting your life away on the internet it's a history lesson. Will humanity learn from history so as not to be doomed to repeat it? Absolutely not, that would make sense. Evil knows no logic, rhyme nor reason. It is insatiable, unstable and volitile. The Bible says something to the effect of-The horrors that keep us at night, is a lulluby to the beast within. Their insomnia means it's time, as they lay awake plotting and planning the next evil deed with delight. Because consumes without stopping itself, until it consumes itself or implodes. This is not only the description of the many faces of evil, the essence, the fury, the emotion and the sorrowful aftermath is it's own residual energy. The energy or essence of evil has to go somewhere because thought & intention manifest in the physical. This is where CERN comes in. It's dark energy or dark matter. Two grams is equal to two Hiroshima bombs. They have harvested this dark matter and used it for many things like weapons, x-rays and on cancer. But it was done for one reason. The antichrist. Elon musk has built Optimus Prime an AI organic, living robot. The prototype is skinless, as of yet, but that's just a superficial detail. The bot itself is made of pure dark matter, encased in a white covering. It's blacker than black insides are harvested from CERNE's portal to hell. But noynjustbany dark matter will do. There was a ceremony that had Beezelbub consumate with Lilith the great whore, their offspring is the antichrist, it was his essence that is Optimus Prime. This is the public bot scaled down to a human. But they secretly created a nephilim version standing over ten feet tall.

1:20 Caligula was not his name. His name was actually Gaius Caesar Augustus Germanicus. Caligula is Latin for "Little Boots" a nick name he *HATED* as an adult. He got the nickname because as a child of the aristocracy he would be dressed as a solder and would march around. He had boots that were small so people called him "Little Boot" as a child. As he grew into adulthood, he didn't out grow the nickname and he grew to deeply resent it. Somehow, I think, considering what he did, it is very fitting that he should be known through history by a disrespectful name that he disposed.

I have a friend who when he was young was looking for work, as was one of his brothers. Shortly after they found employment a man called to ask if they were still looking for a job. The caller was John Wayne Gacy. I think Richard Speck should also be in the list. My parents worked at Delmonte's (in Rochelle IL) many yrs ago and there was a man working there who made women feel uncomfortable. Later he left town. That was Richard Speck.

Genghis Khan was an enigma. Did his armies kill millions? Yes. BUT, they were all first given a choice to JOIN him...which many did...and keep their homes in relative peace. Those that refused, well...they are the ones that rank in the millions. It was expected that those who submitted would then fight for him as well when called upon to do so, but that's what most of the 'clans' in those days did ANYWAY, and Khan provided them with walls of security, religious freedom, and many other things that were not provided to most people at that time. Was it a PERFECT lifestyle? Hell no. But who...even TODAY...has a 'perfect' lifestyle? If I lived over there, back then, I might find myself a willing warrior of Khan.

A single family/company did NOT cause the "opioid crisis." You have to throw in doctors who, in the 70's and 80's, were writing scripts and prescribing painkillers like candy. Throw in patients who simply demanded them instead of needing them, handing them out to family/friends, drug dealers who saw a market and ran with it and the FDA who realized there was a problem and did NOTHING about it until forced to. There's not just one to blame.

None of the Bathory accusations were ever proven. The same people who made these accusations, who owed her money and wanted her lands btw, claimed they witnessed the nanny having sex with the devil. Other witnesses claimed that they were tortured until they backed up the claims that she was a murderer. Her accusers said that she had a book with the names of her victims, yet it was never found, and she was never given the chance to speak on her own behalf. Some believe they waited for her husband to die to take her down because women weren't allowed to have the power that she did in those days. History was written by the winners and the winners weren't always honest. But i suppose it's not as fun to think there's a chance that she was innocent.

He was loved by his people which was the reason he was able to retake the throne in the first place and why the Ottomans had such trouble being rid of him. By the way he was arrested by the Marshal Zhukov himself with a small detachment of loyal Red Army officers, just after they managed to remove Beria from the loyal NKVD unit that had the role of his personal bodyguards. But as Beria became more and more aware of the situation he was in, and the fact that he was out maneuvered by the rest of the Politbiro members (Khruschev, Malenkov and Molotov), his stance went from defiant to meek while finally he turned into a crying and sniveling little man that was kissing the shoes of his captors and judges, praying for his life to be speared.. I get a sense, however, that it is your aim to provide some sort of excuse or set of excuses for the slaughter committed by the US military in Vietnam against the Vietnamese people? At the risk of sounding overly Socratic, is that in fact what you're doing here? The purpose of my original post was to name LBJ for the historical monster he was (in terms of his orchestrating the slaughter which was Vietnam). That's it nothing more. Discussing the degree of culpability which existed in the US populace in the 1960s or in the German populace in the 1930s and 40s for their respective slaughters is not at all something I was doing and if that's the impression I gave for that I'm sorry.

I always said to do everything confidently, no matter how wrong you are. Mostly to get my friends to stop stuttering during trivia.

I visited the Killing Fields and "S21" prison camp in Cambodia, what Pol Pot did was absolutely brutal and inhumane, if you have the chance to visit, I would recommend you go. You really see the extent of Pol Pots crimes, they say it how it is and do not dress it up. It's a stark reminder of the mistakes we must NEVER make again.

I went to high school 5 minutes away from the polytechnique and every year we would have a minute of silence in memory of the victims. I was young but i remember when this happened 😞
