YES! I’m not in favor of capital punishment. There is evidence that proved that many people over the years were innocent when they were executed. If even one innocent prisoner is executed, that would be enough to stop all executions. Also, many times a prisoners on death row

Just because you are armed doesn't mean you won't be a victim. The mall shooting that happened in Texas, one of first people shot and killed was concealed carrying himself. Guy didn't get a chance to even pull his gun. If you are blindsided which is more then possible, you can become a victim. If they over power you and take your gun, you are going to become a victim and there is always a chance of such. That gun doesn't gaurentee you're safe.
