Look at 1964 100yard race. Bob Hayes is in lane 1. Cinder track was chewed up in lane 1 and 2. He ran a 9.1. 4 years later in Mexico City the San Jose kids just blew peopke away on First Synthetic track. Also had altitude. Track surfaces have a huge factor in the sprint times. Unless it rains.

I think he’s going by whoever ran the time first. I know Fred and Omanyala both ran 9.76 but since Coleman ran it a few years earlier than both of them, he gets the #6 spot on the All Time list

@8:00 I know Tyson gay and yohan Blake are tied for 2nd, but I consider Tyson gay to be #2 and Yohan Blake#3. Why? Basically, Tyson Gay ran his 9.69 into a negative head wind, while Yohan Blake had help with a positive wind speed. Also, if you look closely at Tyson Gays start when he ran his 9.69 he had the worst start ever. He was easily the last from the blocks. One youtuber did the math and calculated if Tyson gay had an average start he could of possibly hit 9.65

I still think bolt was dirty. He was always just rumning to warmup for ever 2 years. Jamacians were caught. American also. Steroids were always ahead of testing. I just have you look at his last Major meet in Worlds. At 31 he was just a year or 2 past his peak. Look at gatlin. Look at a American swimmer who won at 21 and at 35. This guy was a partied guy for 8 years. Bolt didnt seem to have his cockiness. Then in the relay he was not even able to be beat. He pulks up lame.

You need to learn how to pronounce times correctly. For example, its not 9,76 (seventy six X), it is 9,76 (seven six).

No one is faster than Bob Hayes, if Hayes ran on today's speed track he would run 8 seconds, he ran 10 seconds on a dirt track with one a wrong shoe size in 1964
