Top 10 Films of The Decade | Film Club

Hi guys! Two great lists with some films which I haven’t seen which I should definitely check out. Incase you’re interested my list goes like this: 10) Parasite 9) The Fighter 8) Whiplash 7) Logan 6) Django: unchained 5) Warrior 4) Hacksaw Ridge 3)Guardians of the Galaxy 2) Avengers 1,3 & 4 (I honestly couldn’t pick between them, so I chucked them all in, why not?) 1) Joker (my favourite film of all time) If there’s any of these which you guys haven’t seen I urge you to check them out, and if you can, review them I’d be interested in your opinions, Thanks, keep up the good work and happy new year!

Nice list xD I still need to watch a lot of those movies (The Red Turtle, Upstream Colour, Her, Drive and Inside Llewyn Davis). My top 10 movies of the decade: 10 - Django Unchained 9 - The Wolf of Wall Street 8 - A Silent Voice 7 - Your Name 6 - Prisoners 5 - Whiplash 4 - Parasite 3 - I Saw the Devil 2 - The Hunt (Jagten) 1 - Black Swan

Have you seen "Sing Street"? It also a musical from 2016 and I would argue it is better than La la land

Interesting list fellows many I really do not like personally, but it is not my list and I still love you guys anyway! Now for mine I hate to put into any particular order but any of them could go anywhere for me except for Number 1 which I have to admit will be a cheat since it is a series but it could also be considered one extremely long movie but here it goes! 10) The Love Witch ( 2016) 9) A Touch of Sin ( 2013) 8)The Grand Budapest Hotel ( 2014) 7) Moonlight ( 2016) 6)Sami Blood ( 2016) 5) Cold War ( 2018) 4) Drive (2011) 3 ) Mad Max fury Road ( 2015) 2) Djam or also called in some places A Trip Through Greece ( 2015) and finally number one my cheat but I really do think of it as a movie and a piece of a whole and that is ! 1) Twin Peaks: The Return Looking forward to hearing what you might have to say I really must say your reviews have always been such a blast, but this year in particular have kept me sane and made me think and often chuckles and sometimes groan. Cheers, Damien. Moonlight and The Grand Budapest very nearly made my picks. Settling on just 5 each was a real exercise in restraint. I absolutely loved Twin Peaks the return! I can also say that The Grand Budapest Hotel nearly made my top 5, such a great film but I've shockingly only seen it the once! Great to see Drive on your list mate - Andy D

Whiplash gotta be number 1 right?!

It was a tough call for 2nd place between Whiplash & La La Land as they're both absolutely stunning. When it came down to it, the soundtrack for the latter is what won me over - Andy D
