Thank you so much for all your videos! I was a domestic/international flight attendant for a mayor commercial carrier for 6 years and 3 for a corporate airline. I visited all 6 continents and 40 countries, some of them many times. Now after a decade to be "grounded", I wants to come back. Everything that you said is sooooo true. It is an excellent refreshment course, so to speak. :) . Even with my 9 years of experience (I was hired by both airlines after the second (group) interview, I am taking notes. So thank you again for all this tips!

@@KatNesbitt Hey Kat! I have my face to face interview this weekend! How many candidates are usually there and do they limit the number that they hire?
@KatNesbitt5 жыл бұрын
@@kelseynicole9661 Rough estimate would be 50. Definitely can be more or less. Most airlines don't have a set number of people they want to hire from each interview group they just hire who fits the role/company. As a whole though, airlines do have a certain amount the are looking to hire for the year. If that makes sense.

I have 7+ years of customer service experience and fit every other requirement. Just extremely worried about the background check. I do not have any felony convictions and no dui's. Any feedback is much appreciated. Thank you! Questions? 1.Do I have to go to flight school first before I can fill out for jobs? Or 2. Do I fill out apps first and if there interested in me after all the interviews they send me to training? I hop my questions make since I'm just trying to figure out where do I start.
@franciscoavila365 жыл бұрын
linda Thornton No!!!!!! Don’t go to Flight Attendant School! It’s just a waste of money! If you apply to an Airline; if hired, they will send you to training for their Airline. You may go to FA School but it will be pointless as the Airline you get hired to is going to send you to Training for their Airline for 3-8weeks. Training is basically that Airlines “Flight School” Where they will teach you everything you need to know to be a Flight Attendant. I hope that helped/answered your questions. :)
@nataliesyoutubechannel45935 жыл бұрын
linda Thornton ~ hey girl. The only time you need to go flight school is if you are applying for corporate / business aviation. When applying for corporate / business they will not even look your way if you have not been to Flight Safety or FACTS. If applying for commercial, the above comment is on point. 👊🏼

I totally agree with #9 cuz I just got a CJO from a mainline and one lady was legit pissed at me and I’m like why? She asked me if I got it and I answered and she got annoyed and started saying that they knew who they were gonna pick before it even started and I’m like I didn’t do anything to you. This is 4+ years in the making so this didn’t happen overnight for me but she wasn’t trying to hear it so I told her to have a good day and I left cuz she was bringing my mood down.
