I watched your video 20 minutes before I started my video interview yesterday and it helped so much. I remembered to thank them for the opportunity to apply with the company, made sure my environment and appearance were good to go, and used the STAR method for the questions. @@3betmore229 Hi Jackson! Two of the questions I will have to paraphrase as I am not 100% sure the exact wording they used but will try to give you the gist. I will mark those with stars. The 4 prompts I was given are as follows: 1. What skills do you possess that you feel would make you suited to be a flight attendant? 2. *Give an example of a time you went out of your way to ensure a good guest experience. 3. *Give an example of a time where teamwork made you feel accomplished/ used teamwork to accomplish a goal. ( this one im the most unsure of on the wording but hopefully this conveys the idea they were looking for) 4. Why did you apply to ( insert company) and why should we hire you?

This was very informative. Even though I’m seeing this 2 years later I can still apply a lot of it to now. Only thing I might say is that Virtual interviews might also be with an actual recruiter. Not just recording yourself & some even are Virtual GROUP interviews with not just 2 recruiters but 15-100 other candidates for the same Job. Just so you’re fully prepared!!

I have alopecia and wear a wig because I have no hair. My wigs have always been shoulder length and natural blonde, which was the color of my hair before I lost it. Would you recommend that I tie the wig back and be straight up with the airline and tell them I have alopecia and wear a wig or just not tell them anything? I feel being honest and upfront is important at the same time I’m afraid the airline would discriminate because of my hair loss. In other words, what would you do? How would you approach that topic?
