There's no other family in the history of the sport who have consistently won the continental trophy with the national team for three generations. On top of that Pablo won the Copa Libertadores championship in 1966 with Peñarol and faced and defeated the European champion Real Madrid in the 1966 Intercontinental Cup. Diego would later win the 2009-10 UEFA Europa League with Atletico Madrid and face and defeat the European champions Internazionale in the 2010 UEFA Super Cup. Forlan Corazzo isn't just a family, it is a Dinasty at this point. They deserve a spot on this list and so do Valentino Mazzola and Sandro Mazzola and Cesare Maldini and Paolo Maldini.

I can understand not having time to put the termination in, but a quick mention of the suspension doesn't seem like much. Just a really odd thing to leave out.
