Hell, I even had a friend in Scotland bring me a Westlife CD when she visited the USA and I LOVED it! You should've played "Swear It Again" since that's the song most US fans would remember. Next, Jagged Edge, (and arguably All-4-One) is more of an R&B group than a stereotypical pop boyband. Westlife is big here in Philippines. When I was young, I actually thought that they are actually bigger than Nsync. I grow up with Westlife soundtracks. Memorize all lyrics in their early releases.

I was thinking Dreamstreet or even B2K. Anyway you could mention that LFO broke up again around the time another member (Devin Lima) passed away.

I was wondering why they didn't mention Devin passing. It was just last year :(

DREAMSTREET ❤️
@HolyNightmare755 жыл бұрын
Dream Street should have AT LEAST been an honorable mention considering they were more known than some of the boybands on this countdown and spawned Jesse McCartney who was a big Disney star at one point.

Maybe it's because I live in England but Boyzone, Westlife, and 5ive are definitely not forgotten! I liked 5ive, Another Level and Blue because they had more dance-y music than Westlife. O-Town are my favourites from this list: watched the show from the beginning, so was v excited when they finally released an album.

1) How dare you put Next on this list?! 2) Stephen was my favourite member of Boyzone, and I got upset when he died in 2006. 3) The 5ive/Queen collab was my jam for that summer.

I liked LFO okay but now that I'm in my late 20's I'm realizing that they were hands down the best looking of all the boy bands at the time. You also forgot to mention that Devin Lima died in 2018, so they only have one surviving member now. :'(
@joeanarellano35475 жыл бұрын
Boyzone and Westlife should not be on this list. They just had a successful tour last month here in Asia. Is that your definition of forgotten?? You need a better researcher, MsMojo!
@arturocas905 жыл бұрын
The nostalgia is HUGE! Absolutely all of these bands followed the same formula and to this day it amazes me how so many got to be so successful at least for a short period of time when ultimately they were all the same, very little difference between each band.
