You were the one who inspired me to get Cool Water Wave and Acqua Essenziale blue. Both are great scents. I usually go 4-6 sprays of either and they last on me all work day. Versace Pour Homme is one of my top 2 favorites of all time. I don't see myself without a backup bottle of it.

I hope this doesn't come off as a backhanded compliment, it isn't meant to be. But I really think your fragrance reviews are criminally underrated, and I think you deserve more hype in the community. Not that you have none, just that I feel like you deserve to be up there with the best, no questions asked. You're one of my go-to's because I feel like you balance your enthusiasm with a great degree of practicality and realism. I can trust your sensibilities to not steer me in an overly hyped direction even if you really love a fragrance. Case-in-point! I'm a "full-bottle blind-buy" type collector (no regrets!), but I do seek guidance from collectors on YT and Fragrantica. The very first video I ever saw of yours was sometime just before the start of the fall 2020 timeframe I believe, and as a collector new to the game, I was looking to kickstart my fall-through-winter collections. You talked a LOT about Pasha de Cartier, and the way you talked about it just really caught my interest. Well, I never got it back then due to having health issues that landed me in the hospital for a while (I'm good now!), but I was so intrigued and sold by your enthusiasm for it that I bought last week having thought about it ever since, and it arrived Monday of this week. And I swear to you, of all of the thousands and thousands of fragrance reviews I've watched, I have never gotten a fragrance and felt like it smelled so ON-POINT EXACTLY to the way a reviewer described it before. I had to go back and rewatch the video just to be sure I wasn't overplaying the accuracy in my head. I was not, even one bit, overplaying it. Cartier should pay you to sell that shit to people! lol Anyways, yeah, I like your reviews. Thanks for doing them. Later!

Niiice finally I see the original Artisan get the love it deserves. I thought I was crazy but I sampled the whole line and definitely preferred it over Artisan Pure. I got myself a tester bottle 4.2oz of Artisan for $22 :) One day when I can afford Neroli Portofino I'll step it up to the TF.... (neroli addict here)

If I wanna an honest opinion on freshies...You're the guy to go too. Haven't been steered wrong yet. Great list Ross! I don't layer frags that much, but tried VPH and Clinque Happy and it worked great! Also a new bodywash I recently grabbed was Dove Blue Eucalyptus and Birch check it out, I know it's not fragrance related, but it smells great. Thanks

Great list, three of my favorites from your list Versace Pour Homme, John Varvatos Artisan and Prada Luna Rossa.With the Luna Rossa my family bought me a gift set with a big bottle and after shave balm,ran through the bottle and balm, i may order a set. Gucci guilty is the absolute greatest fresh fragrance I have ever smelled and idc how much hate I get for that lol. One of the most pleasant scents I've ever smelled. Burberry touch is great for a fresh and clean fragrance too and a good deal more affordable than guilty

@@fidah2525 It's really good on my skin for an EDT. It's not beast mode projection wise, don't think it's supposed to be, but I use 3-4 sprays, and it holds up well for 4-5 hours which is good for my skin. I can smell it after 8hrs. on clothes, skin, people can smell it all day long. In the heat outside, it projects really well. I find all the Prada scents to be good performance wise. You can get decants from a guy on Ebay who had 2ml of all 3 of the l'Hommes, and also the original PLRossa, Carbon. I would try first, I thought I would like Amber, or Regular, but glad I didn't just blind buy, this one was much better imo, more depth, masculine, charachter imo. Hope that helps. For the price you pay, it is a great value cause its super versatile, and nobody is ever going to be offended or not like it....Good stuff.

Free Time is a good summer reach. I smell orange citrus at top then a peppery dry down..got some compliments from strangers. Didn't care for Artisan...to me..smelled like orange cleaning solution.

Clean/fresh scents to me Just Jack Neroli was the first to come to mind for me. While I love Bright Neroli by Ferrari, this new release from Sterling Parfums (the parent house of Armaf) is the best in the Neroli scents and performs. Zara 8.0 which is in between Ralph Lauren Polo Blue and Lacoste L.12.12. Blanc. I have to agree on Versace Pour Homme just know it isn't one you may like the first time and needs to grow on you, it did for me. Abercrombie and Fitch Fierce and its clones like MB Legend and Playboy New York was my second thought. Christian Dior Dior Homme Eau is a Fierce like scent with the Dior Homme iris. Davidoff Cool Water Night Dive which sadly was a limited release and harder to come by is the best of the Cool Waters I've come across. Giorgio Beverly Hills Wings for Men a mix of Cool Water and Eternity but has some beast qualities to it. It is less than $20.

I just picked ip their one inspired by Dior Savage.
