We squeezed in the Fire Station in our last trip. Great spot for the kids! We missed that playground though and the Robot Restaurant just seemed a bit overpriced for us. The Metropolitan Building is a must! We’ve been there both times we visited Tokyo.

Fire Station is awesome cos it's free! Yeah, for us it was between DisneySea or Robot Restaurant.. I think we all agreed that DisneySea is money better spent!

It is great to see another family travel vlog. Travel with kids really changes thing. That Fire Museum is really cool and free also helps. You guys found Godzilla. Love how your channel is so informative and gives a preview of all these great places. Samurai culture is so intriguing. I even bought a book about the code of the samurai. Cat music 🤣🤣🤣. Serious skills there. The kid backpack is a must!!! Electronic store might be more for me rather than the kids. Our kids love stopping at play grounds also. Thank you for sharing and have a great weekend.

Hahah I don't think Andy even made it inside the store properly with the pram. He did eventually get up to level 1, so fair effort. Kit Kats, Pocky and mochi is allll the stuff we stock up on in Japan. So good!

We went to Tokyo Toy Museum on a Saturday. All the locals were there, the outside area had everything setup, pits full of wood shavings and large toys. Then out the front they had clowns and performances. Highly recommend on a Saturday.

Robot Restaurant is no more unfortunately.

Robot Restaurant is kid friendly yes, but it should also be noted that it used to be more adult-oriented. When I went a couple years ago I noticed a lot of the promotional material at the venue featured sexy scantly clad bouncy models, etc. The show itself has become very much PG rated due to the overwhelming popularity the show has seen in recent years with tourists. They made the show more accessible to a wider audience so the show itself should be fine for older kids. It's also situated in the middle of Tokyo's red light district. There are nightclub scams in that area that target foreigners, I would just avoid shopping or eating in that immediate area unless you know your way around. Should be relatively safe during the day..
