What I like about Lich's facet is that if an enemy gets itself a lingering sphere and waits it out you still get value by forcing the target out of combat for 2.5-4.5 seconds + the time to return to fight. It's basically 3 to 5 seconds of control (even more if something makes the sphere to jump again!)

Its a new thing was added to the game a while ago... basically each hero has couple of different style which u can choose at the start of each match and they change the play style of that hero (for example Dragon Knight has 3 different facets: fire, poison, ice)
