@@vinvinno2551 你吃素的話,已經去掉肉魚製品等高普林食物,不要喝酒,不要吃加工食品,其實不用擔心植物豆類蛋白質食物(原型豆類或豆腐豆干等都可以吃),但要少吃香菇﹑發芽類蔬菜﹑蘆筍﹑素食加工類食品…(這些普林比較高)

❤馬鈴薯🥔可以治痛風! 效果迅速,顯著! ❤我比較喜歡吃小顆,金黃色皮的,因為可以連皮一起吃。不要加任何調味料,效果更好。用白開水煮,用蒸的,都可以! ❤其它的種類也都可以吃。只是大多數的皮,都很粗,吃不了。但是也無所謂,吃馬鈴薯🥔肉,就好了!

胡大哥您好,市面上強筋健骨、鐵牛、18銅人這些保健食品或者說是藥,它們真的有用嗎?我因為工作常常傷筋勞骨,加上愛運動,但睡眠很充足,不過每天早上起來卻都非常疲憊(以前都不會)但是活動一下出點汗,精神、身體又好了

要買“鐵牛”運功散大罐的好像6、700元吧!(咳嗽胸口不順、撞擊、摔傷胸口呼吸會痛吃有效....@從小父母都買給我們兄弟姐妹吃,已50年,每回都有效果.) @或是中藥店買三七(顆粒很硬),泡熱水喝、泡4、5回嚼碎吃掉. @或三七加山支子泡熱水,泡3、4回後,山支子輕咬吞下(咬不碎的). @以上3種方法都可逐瘀治內傷.

你做的工作傷筋骨.... .@現在要每天給自己全身按一下,不然時間積久病痛會出來. @我弟弟做了1、20年,現在全身筋脈絡都不順、會痛、一下這一下那會跑來跑去,手不能提重、輕物,腳不能走.(@每月看中醫要萬元,吃了4、5個月病況越嚴重(已換數家,沒有會治的,每一家都信誓旦旦...))

不會,是胆固醇含量高的食物才會,像蚵仔,蛋白質高卻幾乎不含胆固醇,是優質蛋白質來源~而且人體製造的胆固醇比你吃進的多,要降低胆固醇唯有運動~
