這個不是很認同,早期的人活動量大,飲食中的熱量確少,精緻穀物會帶給他們顯而易見的好處!現代人可不是這樣,食物取得太容易,再食用那麼多精緻穀物,而且是拌的油脂類,就算不吃零食,也很容易糖尿上身!

你說白飯有澱粉、蛋白質、膳食纖維,對是都有但是澱粉比例超過8成欸,這樣避重就輕好嗎?飽足感明明可以靠吃蛋白質/蔬菜維持更久,米的營養都在去掉的糠,所以白米升糖指數高,導致血糖振盪更容易餓,你若說吃糙米還比較合理

我是糖尿病患者。就是要吃白米飯才能控制血糖!!! 固定份量 固定時間。血糖不會起伏很大。。飽足感 不是吃飽的飽足⋯⋯糖尿病患者糖量不夠 吃再多膳食也沒用,縱使肚子很飽 嘴巴還是會饞 一直想吃東西 甚至飽到吐了 還想吃。。 定時 定量的白飯 才能遏止想吃東西的感覺!!!

这种现象叫黎明现象,只有增加力量运动,一天45分钟以上,就可以有改善。我以前就是这样,后来我,每天跳舞一个小时。早晨空腹90~105之间。

米飯要吃溫冷溫度的,不能從電鍋中盛出立即熱騰騰的開吃! 如果無法接受食用冷飯,那就改吃全糙米飯,這樣就不用擔心澱粉量了!
