Top 10 HillClimb Monsters || Oberhallau Bergrennen 2019

Today we are going to Switzerland to one of the HillClimbs that has some of the best entry lists every year: Oberhallau Bergrennen. 2019 was no different and we ended up with a Top 10 filled with proper Monsters, from Group B machines, to Le Mans Classic Beasts, highly-tuned Evos and quirky things like a proper Opel Speedster...
It has a bit for everyone and featured also a proper fight for the Top Spot, featuring exactly the current fastest Swiss Monsters, which are fighting for the National Title and probably also for the "Fastest Hillclimb Racing Lancer Evolution in Europe" crown...

Oberhallau always has incredible entry list and in 2019. edition it included quite a machinery.Very unique mix in this Top 10.Ex-Keith Murray's Audi 80 at beggining,followed by that crazy Civic,GT3 Cup,Porsche 935,Delta S4,Speedster Turbo,Yellow Psycho Kadett C V8 and two superfast Evo 8's-enough to make every petrolhead smile and enjoy watching those beasts tear it up fast Swiss hill.Pffeferle and Ianiello show they still got it despite their age,but what else to expect from those two legends.Schnellmann and Bratschi-those two are in league of their own.Another great Top 10.Fantastic camera work and footage and sound quality really give you quite an experience.Not many channels are that good.Thank you for sharing this.

Don't get me wrong, I love Porsches. But it's always fun watching a Lancia and 2 Opels outrun not one but TWO GT3 Cup cars AND a gorgeous 935 Turbo. I've seen that yellow Kadett before too, what a no-nonsense animal.

Absolutely brilliant video! But that lancia though.. 760hp - 920kg, absolutely insane, things got a better power to weight ratio than a bugatti chiron, and he's throwing it around corners like it's nothing

Those Evos are insane! I mean, there's a good 9-second difference between the 2nd fastest Evo and the overpowered Opel.

How they keep that old engines so long running? For example that Lancia. Were do you get new heads... who manufacturers parts for 2.0lit 700+HP engine from 80s?

Dedication and owners crazy enough to buy spares in bulk from the Original Factory. If you want to use Bruno Ianniello´s case as an example, that´s how it works. And remember, this guy owns at least 4 other Delta S4 units (one of them competed in this Hillclimb too, at the hands of Simon Wuthrich).

If I ever had the chance I would take a Porsche 935 Turbo over any other car out there regardless of a car's value, speed, or anything else I just have loved that Porsche since I was a little child. In other words, I think the Porsche 935 is just a beautiful car.
