I'm going to give those two a rewatch. Wasn't that impressed with either first time around. Longlegs couldn't make up its mind if it was a deadly serious FBI mystery or a disturbing, wacky Nic Cage horror. The problem for me was the FBI stuff was so dull. Cage's character was a bit too much like Buffalo Bill, it was too distracting lol.

Awesome to see "Late night with the devil" gets so much praise from you. It was a great emotional ride that contained so much stuff with so little, plus it had the amazing actor in the lead. It was a brilliant idea to show us somewhat arrogant tv star and how it gets personal for him and that he is in fact a likeable human being with feelings like everyone else who suffered a terrible loss. The writing was just top notch and they knew how to increase the drama and tension over time. The "mass hallucination" really got me and it gets only better and better.

wow, I gotta find the devil's bath...Late Night with the devil I thought was a little overrated, but good film in general, I just thought parts of it didn't make sense. For my money, It certainly can't even touch Longlegs as far as intensity or fear. Lisa Frankenstein was a big surprise for me. Loved that one. And it had The Jesus and Mary Chain and Echo and the Bunnymen songs in the soundtrack, two of my favorite bands!!!. Win, win win!!!
