Very nice video! 👌🏼 Very good analysis and presentation! 👌🏼 Going through this video was like having a thrilling experience, while guessing which company may win. Above all this, it also created a better understanding on various financial ratios, required for fundamental analysis! 👍🏼 Make more such comparative videos. It creates better understanding! Thank you for putting efforts, on this. 🙏🏻 ☺️

Good one sir 👍. It will be better if you start giving weightage to all the parameters and then calculate weightage average for the ranking. For example: if you are alotting the same weightage to Market capitalisation and NIM sounds unfair. A company is big in terms of market capitalisation doesn't mean the company have the potential to grow in the same pace so weightage of that parameter should be less. For NIM being one of the most vital parameters so it's weightage should be more. As per quantative analysis, Aavas Financier outperform all housing finance companies including HDFC Ltd. in majority for important parameters. So it will more accurate if you start giving the weightage to all the parameters. Just a feedback 🙏. Great going 🤘 and continue your good work. 👍

Which is the cut off date of data u have taken? It's upto Q1FY21 OR Q4 FY20? Kindly clarify. Try to make your conclusion comment at last. In comparison to aavas and can fin home, by considering p/e and p/b ratio can fin home is better? Kindly add one column of ladt 5 year historic median p/e ratio so we can understand value in stock presently. Again thanks for excellent video. We appreciate your research and knowledge. i only added repco home finance. See results is good and beat the expectation and when all wrote that the results come poor only i am wrote that the results come good because this quarter no covid impact in compare to last year. See 2020 and 2021 were the lockdown year and this quarter no lock down , no stress of covid and now rainy session start and thereafter winter session so second , third and fourth quarter we will better in compare to first quarter and i am not suggested to sale this share in the next 9 month , my target is Rs900 plus with bonus for current year. See after results no major down fall come its shows that the market view is positive on this share. I only added now in parts on every dip of Rs15 from the current price so the cost further go down. See i suggested to add at 576 and its made high of Rs616 and thereafter correction come. I will further Sir add at 564, 551 and 531 and most probably not see the 531 in coming days and if come down than double the quantity to add at 516 and 505. Sir i added the value share and today suggested to start add Repco home finance in which book value is Rs335 and EPS Rs30 and price is just 133, see the housing finance company major benefical due to high rate of interest and see the company earned more interest on already disburse loan and new loan also on higher interest price. See the positive is equity is very small of Rs 62 cr and resreves near to 1200 crore plus, The major positive no one disclosed but i am informed to all see the data of last 5 years in which the equity is same but see reserves increased from Rs 1245 cr of 2018 to increased now to RS 2173 crore. There is one thing is very clear the management want to increased the reserves and show less profits otherwise when in the last year the reserves increased from Rs 1996 cr to Rs2173 crore means a major part of profits that is Rs 177 crore go to reserves otherwise the net profits was Rs 365crore and if this amount of rs177 not transfered to reserves than the EPS is near to Rs50 plus. When LIC housing, pnb housing and canfin home come down so its not a surprised that the repco come down. See balance sheet the mirror of any company. See no one informed the positive when share is down and big hands accumulated. The news and positive come when the big hands completed their buying. See i always suggested to every one do some home work and keep note in the mind that the share go down and go up like a coin have two side. Every share has a cycle of movement and every share make 52 weeks low and high. If remember the past so many big investor guru give buy call at Rs320 with the target of Rs375 but its come down like peers. Now see and think whether fundamentals are now strong in compare to past years or not. Whether management take good step or not? Yes management is very intelligent of this company can check first the reserves of last 4 years and also check how much % increased in compare to last year. See in the 2018 the equity is same like current year but reserves increased from Rs1263 cr to now Rs2227crore. Second see how the comany reduced the debt of long term in the past 4 years which in the year 2018 was RS8134 crore to now NIL. The third one is after covid impact in the year 2022 the company reduced near to Rs500cr on short term borrowings' which save near to 40 crore interest yearly. the story is not over here and see contingent liability now Zero otherwise in the past 3 years can see its remain near to Rs500 crore. In the march 2018 can see how much cash in the company that is just Rs25 crore which increased and now Rs607 crore. Can check the short term loan and advance on the one side reduced by near to Rs500 cr and other side the reserves increased by Rs 200 crore in compare to 2021. The results are good and the company want to make strong balance sheet due to that the near to rS200 crore credit in the reserve account . In the yearly results its clearly mentioned that Rs233 crore under provision and after this provision of Rs 233 , the company posted the net profits of Rs 191 crore with the EPS of Rs30, think if this provision not made and profits come near to Rs 423 crore the EPS increased by Rs 60 per share. I keep this in the mind and see in the year 2021 the provision was just Rs80 crore and i am sure that in the coming year the company is not required to make big provision and think this is one time provision to make strong reserves and balance sheet. In the last my view is very clear to give time to investment at least one year to two year so that the returns will come multiply. See and think in the current year if management will not make any provision and the net profits come above Rs400 crore and Eps cross Rs60 than what will be value of this share come out. Due to that i keep hold and give the first target of Rs 366 for the year which is the book value and all big experts give the target of rS375 by keeping in mind the book value. The small investor can add on every small quantity and keep for the target of new 52 weeks.

Few metrics don't make sense/are off... P/E doesn't make sense for an nbfc... #outlets again don't make sense, new loans/outlets and income/employee makes sense... Non-housing p/b needs to be excluded before comparing (esp. hdfc)... Addl provision cover is very key (esp. hdfc)... Etc etc. If rightly compared, one would see a huge delta b/w hdfc Ltd and the rest of the pack!
