Since I have been following your videos, my diet has been so much improved. Favorite foods are blueberries, bosc pears, ripe mangos and dark leafy greens. I don't think there are any fruits I don't like. My most favorite days of the week are Sundays and Wednesdays. Getting ready for my 90 minutes of walk and jog in the snow. ☺☺🙂

Thank you for changing my life. No more bp medicine after following you and it only took two months! Off topic - I'm wondering, from your hydration video, if miso could be used in the hydration drink as the salt and dates could be the sugar and potassium source. Just a thought. Not sure if the ACE inhibitor would prevent the hydration effect of the salt as well as the proper ratios of dates to get the correct amount of potassium and sugars.

I have a question. If you use the powder form of berries be it raspberry, blueberry or blackberry does it dissolve easily in hot water or does it cling to the sides of the cup? I want to start taking the powdered berries instead of a herbal tea.

My other remark is about dried raisins and berries and that when you look on the ingredient list there is also some form of oil like do they dunk them in a big vat of oil before they dry them and why do they need to do that?

@@XSD.1. OK and they obviously haven't found another way of doing it to get around it. Shame because it kind of spoils the berries with the oil
