Put a Step app on your phone this can track your steps which also equals miles per day / week. Now walking is good but be careful if you have a pre-existing injury as walking to fast or up hills can re-injure such and injury. Walking in ok in moderation and not too fast.

Thank you for this video. I’ve learnt a lot. Can you talk about black garlic and if it’s better than eating raw garlic? I find it’s easier to eat without worrying about the after breadth. 😂

Just watched a pod cast on Diary of a CEO about Toxicology a professional Toxicologist was the host explaining about all the toxic crap in our homes from plastic pans to coated non stick pans, to shampoos to sprays including cologne and so many other things completely avoiding all of it would be very difficult.

Nope...avoid ALL flour, which derades gut integrity. Food pyramid is a big fat lie courtesy of big food. Symptom suppression therapy (big pharma) saves life in ER/Trauma but does SQUAT for healing inflammation. Dietary lifestyle, epigenetics, and Functional Medicine treats AND heals inflamnatory disease. ❤ Pharma MD types are mostly brainwashed about the entire symptom suppression therapy model, which came from Rothchild and Carnegie monetization of the human pharma assisted death cycle. Think a far more sinister Canada MAID policy. 😢 A healthy gut means a healthy immune system to beging with! Hello autoimmune leaky gut... which when unchecked ends in Hashimoto's. Been there. Unchecked ends in Parkinsonsim. Watched it in my family. Detox genomes matter. Research The Dirty Super 7 genes on line, read Dirty Genes book by Ben Lynch, Watch Dr Berg ' How to bulletoroof your immune system. Be Well 🎉

My mother also used Roundup often. She developed dementia that worsened after each hospital stay. She ultimately died from hepatobiliary cancer. I've always felt her cancer was related to her use of Roundup.

I just found out that bread that is made to sit on the shelf for a long period of time has I can’t remember what it’s called, but it has something in it. That will help preserve it and make it last longer and it’s hair can be human hair animal hair is gross and I haven’t eaten bread since

Ask a nueroligist doctor about DMSA to clear severe heavy metal toxicity. Serious therapy requiring great care. Vit C IV therapy is another easier one🎉 Been there. Done that 😊 Headaches, Migraines, bloat are early symptoms.

I've found black raspberries in Northern Michigan (lower peninsula, near my hometown) and New Hampshire, where my daughter's family lives. In fact it became a routine for my granddaughter and I to take a walk and pick them.... Well, I pick most of them, she eats a lot of them :) They like sunny patches of sandy soil.

Because masks have become so politicized, ppl in industrial occupations who masked prior to 2020 are now refusing to. I was shocked to see road workers jackhammering concrete with plumes of dust surrounding them with no masks (or ear protection and hearing loss can also lead to dementia).

Your enthusiasm is commendable! However, you did not leave anything out on this planet earth of ours that you did not warn the masses about. Confusing people like this is, talking about several issues scaring all those who have minor issues will think something major is going on with them. I think medicine should remain in a doctor's office and not on social media platforms. Contrary to general perception of people and their intelligence, they know the fundamentals of health and the consequences of their habits, videos like this is not going to deter that, and people less fortunate than most don't even watch these videos.

At 9:28 about garlic you say “But, not all garlic are equal. If you want your allicin, then you can’t deep fry your garlic or bake it on high heat…” Then you say, “The best way to roast your garlic is to roast it garlic in its own peel…” For years I’ve been roasting garlic at 400 degrees for 21 minutes. Hmmm. Then to keep its allicin, what it the preferred temperature and time for roasting garlic? What is NOT high heat? Thanks, ;-Don

My mom died in June at 96 y.o. she had dementia for about 10 years. She remembered me though and she had a nice demeanor with her dementia. We had 24/7 in her home caregivers. My dad died in 2020 at 91 y.o. He did not have dementia. After my dad died, my mom declined. But at 96, she lived a good life.
