Mantine and Remoraid are a fun one. In old Mantine artwork, the Remoraid attached to it also looks slightly different, more capsule or torpedo shaped. As a kid, I thought it was just a young one, protected by Mantine. What's funny to me is that they actually stopped portraying Mantine and Remoraid like this ingame in Gen4 - the same generation that introduced Mantyke, whose evolution references exactly this symbiosis. I always thought that was kinda weird - I'd think they would lean into it more at that point, not less. I only recently learned there was actually fish that shoot like Remoraid, so that was actually a surprise here. I only knew about the remora.

So technically Meowth is still based off of a cat, so that means that all of the people who thought that he was based on a cat are still right, and that means that Meowth shoukdnt be on this list.

And Gogoat is also based on a goat or ram, I mean just look at its name, and look at it itself, it is clearly a goat that looks like a motorcycle, NOT just a motorcycle. 80% Goat/ram, 20% motorcycle. Same thing with skidoo. (Btw is that how you spell they're names?)

Calder Worthington most people thought, meowth was based on a live, normal cat, and not a cat statue, so it SHOULD be on this list.
