I think Infernape would also be one of my favorites! And I think it's because of the anime. The first ever series of Pokémon I watched was Diamond and Pearl, and it made my childhood so happy! And all the emotional moments little Chinchar been through, really made me appreciate the pokemon itself! But when the little monkey evolved, boy was I happy! Ok I have 2 ironic Pokémon stories for when I was new to the franchise For the first one, I ended up discovering Pokémon in 1st grade back when diamond and pearl were relatively new, and it was thinks to one of my friends who collected a lot of Pokémon cards. One day, I saw his collection and thought they looked cool, so I asked my friend if I could borrow one. He ended up giving it to me and said I could have it for three days. After three days had passed, I went to give it back to him, but he ended up letting me keep it as he thought it would be nice for me to have it. This ended up sparking my love for collecting Pokémon cards and eventually led me to play the games. The card my friend gave me was my first card ever, and of all the things it could've been, it happened to be Chimchar, a starter of all things. For the 2nd story, this was when I decided to start playing the Pokémon games after collecting cards for 4 years, watching some of the anime, and seeing a few of the movies. The first game I ever got was Pokémon White, which was given to me as a birthday present. Ironically, on that birthday that I got the game, I turned 10 years old, the age that trainers in Pokémon are allowed to get a starter. Anyone think that these are coincidences?

Absolutely ✨ Snivy is my favorite pokemon since Unova was the first pokemon series I've watched, and when I saw Ash's Snivy, I thought she was SO.COOL. So eventually, Snivy (Specifically Ash's Snivy) really grew on me. I thought she was so badass despite being only a first stage pokemon, and I love the rivalry between her and emolga lol. I regretted it almost instantly 2) Rayquaza It's Shenron What? Simply being Shenron is enough? If you want more insight on why he's amazing, watch Dookieshed's "Mega Rayquaza Will Fuck You Up" 1) Cyndaquil/Quilava/Typhlosion My first starter, and first Lv. 100. Exbo the Typhlosion was my best Pokémon friend. He knew Blast Burn, Eruption, Shadow Claw, and Rollout. SoulSilver was my favorite game _ever_ . Then, after countless times of catching all Legendaries and beating Red, I lost my SoulSilver to the abyss of irresponsibility. Years later, Exbo has risen anew, on my Sun team, still kicking ass just like the original. That is why, Typhlosion is my favorite Pokémon. Also, Cyndaquil is _fucking adorable_

I always have weird favourites but here we go 10- Heracross (I love this bug) 9- Darkrai ( Pokemon 11 Rise of Darkrai is one of my fav bad movies and a huge part of that is Darkrai. His voice was quite interesting and to be honest I wasn't a big fan of legondaries before Darkrai ) 8- Infernape (I like this fire ape because well it was one of my team that nicknamed the A team so was Heracross) 7- Growlithe (If I ever found myself in the world of Pokemon, I'd want a Growlithe because it strikes me as a loyal and strong pokemon 6- Onix (Love onix's design and again it did capture my imagination) 5- Tauros (I loved Tauros from the moment I saw it, I could imagine a powerful Tauros charging against any given pokemon and trampling the competition with ease) 4- Walrein (Along with Sceptile this walrus was one of my strongest pokemon for a long time also it reminded me of my favourite DIgimon, I'm a fan of both) 3- Sawsbuck (No I didn't watch Bambi nor do I intend to. Amaura/Aurorus (they’re so pretty and amaura is so cute, plus they made a great appearance in the anime) Most of my favourite Pokemon are from generation 6/generation X & Y because when I was young, I wasn’t really in touch with Pokemon. I knew it existed and I knew about the basics but the only Pokemon I got fond of was pikachu. It wasn’t until I watched the anime, that was when I fell in love. Ash’s adventure in kalos really got me hooked into the franchise and made me a very loyal fan. I ended up being super attached to anything that is related to generation 6 and ended up having no hatred for any Pokemon from that generation. I also love the other generations but none of them can replace generation 6 in my heart. Generation 6 will always be my favourite generation and that will never change.
