Honestly they're all great designs: you can always pick elements of interest from each and every one of them and apply it, according to your own space. But I LOVE Japandi! It's really the perfect fusion of two not so dissimilar cultures (in terms of simple, clean, minimalist design) and it looks super!

Thanks for this! The link to "The Annex" project as mentioned in the Modern Contemporary style was not linked in the description box. Could you kindly do so? Will like to see it in more detail. Thanks

Can you recommend lighting stores in Malaysia? I am having a hard time finding a good one here. Thank you!

I'm interested in doing a fusion of muji and industrial design. Like 4:45 is a close example because they use cement/grey flooring instead of the usual spc/wood. I would add exposed conduit and maybe polished cement as well for the ceiling. Everything else is wood & white with a touch of greenery. In my head it looks good but idk in real life😂

thanks for this Alex, now I know my favorite styles are Modern European and Modern Contemporary but all have their own charm so I would probably mix some of them together, is possible do this in a beautiful way?

If it is a small place, it would be best to keep within a single or similar concept, this would reduce the space turning out to look too busy and cluttered... hope it helps! Thanks for supporting us =)

maximalist do looks expensive in term of renovation compare to the other one but if your house is brick, but change to wood like bali style do cost a lot more

I feel like with any design, it need to be done in a tasteful way. A house with interior that look just right, homey and not like a show room.

Do a video on "how to cheaply industrialise existing apartment, with costs"
@izudinrealtors8 ай бұрын
I understand that you may feel the design in this video is somewhat ordinary, with a typical execution lacking anything extraordinary. It's important to consider the context - while it might suffice for local audiences, aiming for a global appeal might require a more innovative approach. While in this video the design may seem typical, it's always possible to explore new ideas and approaches to elevate the space.

Ok so maximalism part of video totally looks so minimal to me. One part where coffee table is has no decor at all.

The descriptions have over-unionized the designs... pictures paint a thousand words in functionalities & archetypes! Try to describe ;" a flower ".../ " a tropical-climate"? 'modern contemporary'?Redundancy!. The videos at times r cluttered with words over beauty! It's like describing every cabin in the cruise-ship. Damned!
