Mam 30 வருடங்கள் மில்லில் வேலை செய்தார் தற்போது சத்தம் காரணமாக காது நரம்பு பாதிப்பு ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது தொடர்ந்து வேலை செய்தால் பாதிப்பு அதிகமாகும் என மருத்துவ ர் கூறியுள்ளார் நான் வழக்கு போடலாம் னமா ? என்ன வழக்கு போடுவது?

Dear, In my school every month our management changes some rules for example all staff members should enter inside the second gate but that time school vans and parents vehicles come out from that way some parents are used to parking their children in that way so we are all facing a lot of trouble .
