The AT-TE is the furthest thing from a facade. While it’s smaller that the 2008 version, it’s much easier to fit around 13 clones in the interior. I’m waiting for it to go on sale to get at least 3 more, assuming I can afford it at that time. I don’t have Kai’s Ninja Climber Mech, but I am very excited to get it eventually.

One of my biggest regrets was the spider-man monster truck. I only got it for the doc ock and mysterio figs but then i bought the daily bugle so buying that set was pointless. Never built it just dumped the pieces into my storage bins

Funny story about that set. When I bought it, all the bags for the truck were completely missing. At least the Mysterio and Doc Ock were still there😭

4:50 that has to be a troll. The Set is amazing and has so much room inside, what you call hollow, because it's a troop carrier... The Panel connections are pretty solid (if build correctly) with the rear panels possibility to open for easier access. I think it's really the bad emotions/memories talking (5:50)... The only critique I would the inclusion of a Spider Droid instead of a Crab droid.

Last October I was with my grandma to buy my mom a present for her birthday. She really wanted one of the botanical flowers, but I ended up getting that spider mech from Star Wars for myself. I've regretted and felt really bad about that decision ever since and the worst part was that I ended up not even liking the set.

I bought the climber mech for the same reason, tho personally enjoyed it because of its cool techniques, and the fact pieces dont fall off of it when displaying so easily like other sets

I bought the Ninjago Ninja Training Center because it combines with the ninja dojo temple and for the two ninja but it was 45$ and like a month later they made 10$ sets with both jay and Zane for half the price

Oh dang... that Buzz Light Year situation. When I was still an MCU fanboy I was super hyped that my favourite Character - Taskmaster was going to be the main villain in the Black Midow movie... bought the rare sets, even bought a very pricey mini fig custom of Movie Taskmaster... dang, when I watched the movie - they totally made something unrecognizable and stuck the character's name on it. Jezuz. can't take back what I spent. But yeah - quit all manner of marvel and Disney then.

I have to disagree on the 76192 I really love the upgrade it got compared to the previous one (76131 one of my regrets) with much better Minifigures that are accurate to the scene. First time that Thanos has separate/turntable head, the Ant-Man Van being included and the building with a much better build. Also the Avengers Tower was released 2 years later, was based on a much earlier point in the MCU and also costs 5x as much. The other Final Battle (76266) is also based on a much later scene in the Movie and references the all Women fight part which I think is pretty cool.

I collected most of a few “theme of the year” sets and regret it immensely. Overwatch and Angry Birds Movie. Fallen out with both IPs completely. Mixels is similar, I got all of them but I don’t revisit the series anymore.

Please Read! Chubbybots made an alternate build for Kai’s mech jet. He managed to incorporate knees into the mech as well made the whole build look like something straight out of an anime. It is one of the best redesigns I have seen for LEGO set, and I Do Not regret buying it.

I bought the Destinys bounty race against time on sale for 80$ and it was all of the money i had at the time and the build experience was miserable. I spent 3 hours correcting a simple mistake on the set. And the worst part is that literally NO ONE wants this set, so i cant sell it anywhere. Definitely my worst purchase.

I overanalyse every purchase because I have like 4 other hobbies that need money lol. So I only get stuff I raaaaally want and am convinced will bring me joy. The most recent set that I really regret is the Speed Champions BMW two-pack that came out this year. I loved the building experience but I just didn't like the end product. The stickers weren't and couldn't be perfectly aligned and it just ended up looking very unsatisfactory. Speed champs need to work on better stickers, especially when they are on 7 continuous pieces. @@Danielewa.builds I think keeping all the boxes isn't helping and I plan to at least flatten all of them and store the Instructions somewhere but how am I going to store the Sets if they aren't in a box... Right now i have a 2 x 2 x 2 meter area stacked with a bunch of boxes on top of one another with 30-50% of them on IKEA IVAR shelves (recently bought 2 more to have that mess cleaned up but didn't have time yet) but also about 20 UCS/D2C Sets unopened/unbuild under my "LEGO Building Desk" and smaller Sets spilling into the middle of my Bedroom.

@@Ice-Qube Right now I have my sets with the instructions in zip lock bags. I prefer the freezer kinds as they are thicker. Then they go into some storage bin trying to sort by theme. While the sets are built and on the shelves I have several clear storage bin that holds the manuals.

The Lego set I really regret buying is Yoda's Starfighter (old version). I gave 40$ for a pathetic little green Starfighter with it's only minifigures being Yoda and R2D2 (the lamest minifigure selection of all time)

I regretted buying most of my Mixels and Nexo Knights sets back in the day but I sold them a long time ago. The only set i regret buying ever since I got back into the hobby is Bunchu the bunny from Dreamzzz. I only bought it for the Izzie minifigure (really wanted that hairpiece lol) and i could’ve just waited and bought the Narwhal balloon set since it’s cheaper and cuter. Worst part is I’ve seen Bunchu for 50% off and i paid full price 🥴

I think nexo knights jet is good, an daniellewa you have to build that prime empire kai mech I have it and its good. Also I bought mr oz space bus in summer, price was lower than usual but it still seems small, but still a nice set.

Some of my regrets are 7121 Naboo Swamp and 7124 Flash Speeder. I was super excited about new Star Wars and went crazy buying ALL the sets. I went back and built a lot of my sets recently and those two were just blah to build. And the figures are garbage compared to the what the new ones are now. I almost regret getting the 75192 Millennium Falcon. But I enjoy the big builds too much to go as far as regret. I want the van and big fig Thanos from 76192 Endgame Battle but never could buy the set do to the cost.

I’ve bought tons of sets that I never want. I use them for parts for other builds. Like Kai climber, cool figs. Broke down the mech after building (didn’t even sticker it all) And just proceeded to use the parts to upgrade other mechs I had. (I want to upgrade all Titan mech sets, so I saw Kai climber as a good source of various red parts for when it comes out)

@ I mainly so far have taken its joints to use on other mechs. Along with the pistons. I am currently upgrading jays titan mech to add more mobility. And needed the pistons for his ankles. But the part selection for that set, not bad. Tons of brackets, pins and axles, tons of slopes and detail parts. I can’t wait for Kai’s official titan mech.
