Actually, Zane's mech has something over Cole's, and that's the amount of weapons. The buzzsaw and machete, as you mentioned, but also the shoulder blasters/missiles, jets on its elbows (the two tubes), boosters on its feet (the silver beehives) and (admittedly a bit of a stretch) the "missile silos" on its shoulders (the cilinders between the arches). Still, I do think Cole's is the best!

I would add the city burger truck and the Milky Way 😊

The construction worker from 60420 Construction Excavator is awesome. They actually added leg printing to a city set.

I've really enjoyed the botanical sets this year. Also the city construction have been great. They seem to be of a size that really fits the city size. And the John Deere Harvester is great. It is a smaller size but looks great for the size.

2:26 I personally don’t agree with him being on the list. I think his hair looks like a mop, and the suit is WAY too pink, i don’t like the smiling face because it makes him look young. It’s a good figure, but it can definitely have changes.

4:20 This is actually number 1 on my top 10 minifigures of the year list because I grew with Galaxy Squad & it’s my only 100% complete Lego theme I own. It’s one of my all time favorite Lego themes along with Agents & Ultra Agents so to get another minifigure from one of my favorite themes after all this time was so special to me personally. This beat out other minifigures I have on my list like the Dragonborn Paladin, the Fortnite minifigures, Orion, The Animated Series Batman, the Mech Pilot & Climber suits from Ninjago, & the Lizard from Spider-Man just because I loved that theme so much growing up.

Creator 3 in 1 is among legos best themes. The amount of alternate builds you can do with the sets is truly amazing and something Lego used to offer with their other themes. Great list, new subscriber after watching this video

I’m glad that klombo is going to be $100. Which may sound weird, but that means it’s going to be a big set that’s most likely fun to build.

Batman has better minifigs. If you just take a Quick Look at all the suits from The Lego Batman Movie it’s no question. Batman has a unique array of comic accurate, film accurate, serious, and silly suits

I think another reason behind it is community engagement. Lego knows people can and will make videos on fixing minifigures from specific sets, and if that makes more people aware of the set's existence. Just my 2 cents on the topic.

I would add these sets that I have: Onyx Cinder, Kingfisher, Cooper's C-Rex, Phantom Menace Brickheadz, and Emirates Racing Yacht. I agree that Source Motion Dragon is a must-have (also retiring in 2025, so probably higher on the list), but I am waiting for Megapolis City, as it will retire in 2027 (huge Monkie Kid fan here).
