For anyone here 2022 or later: Gigafactory Berlin was fully opened May of 2022. Lusail Stadium was opened in November 2021, and will host the 2022 World Cup. 111 West 57th St was completed October 2022. The first successful Mose Venice test was completed in 2020, I couldn’t find if the project was 100% completed or not. West Side Place has most residential space finished In February 2022 The AIN Dubai opened in October of 2021, but seems to be temporarily closed as of September 2022. It has been temporarily closed since around May 2022 for renovations. The Grand Egyptian Museum is not finished as of September 2022, but is estimated to be finished by November. DJI Headquarters doesn’t seem to be finished yet. It was hard to find information for this one. One Za’abeel had living space up for sale in June 2022. Riyadh Metro is not yet finished, but expected to be completed Spring 2022.

I mean, how is a public transportation system is showing off? And when you build a skyscraper or a museum why not let the architects be creative a little bit so the city can look more beautiful. The only project in this list which seems like showing off is the ferris wheel.
