Thank you, Ben! I always love you videos. I've made most of these mistakes in the past and evidently I have been making the mistake of pulling 10 rings all the way across the bullseye and not realizing its slightly more than 10 rings. Thank you again fro your advise!

Yep, make all of those mistakes regularly, whoops. The worst mistake I’ve done, and I’ve done it a few times in the past, is to move the rings the wrong way for the wind. Usually happened when I had to push the rings instead of pulling but forgot, spun the target 180° and then still pulled instead of pushing. I was then sat thinking, what the heck happened there, then the light bulb comes one and you realise lol 😂 Great video Ben 👍

Thx for another helpful tutorial. I'm coming up to my 1 year anniversary playing GC and had not heard about the yellow rings being bigger and hence why it's important to also pull over the bullseye the same amount of times as the shot maker, as My tendency is to do it the least amount of times as possible to cut down on the amount of steps required hence cutting prep time. The rest I already knew about and the theory behind them but still pull off some of those brain dead actions. The most common error for me is not pulling straight. Even though I'm always aware of its importance as I'm in the process of taking each shot, sometimes not until afterwards when I watch the replays will I see and realize my error, even though I know I tried to pul straight One common factor is obviously when you are rushed and you can't always pay attention to every single mynute detail or have the time to double check things. But for me, the most common reason for that happening is bcuz I only play GC on my phone and my huge "Ogre" thumbs obscure a lot of the screen. My big thumbs also affect curl amounts bcuz often I can't see one edge of the ball or the other during my shot. Bcuz of my thumbs causing many missed shots, for numerous months now I've been practicing all aspects of setting up and taking my shot using a stylus (minus zooming in and out of course). Bcuz I haven't mastered my timing as well as I'd like with it yet, I'll only use it for setup during tournament play. I'm pretty confident that it won't be much longer before I am not only using it full time during tour play but using it fully in tourneys as well...it's helped immensely by helping me cut down my setup time but also helps with my setup accuracy. OK, my verbal diarrhea is finally finished...lol. Thx again for all that you do Ben, -Supes

My biggest battles are pull angles. I understand them fully but during tournament play I find myself rushing to beat the clock which can cause for you to not turn the screen properly. Thank you again!

I agree - took a while for me to get a feel for them in general, but keep at it, as you will improve each time. 😀

i have a question, ive noticed on alot of youre guides you tend to go with 5.8 top instead of 6.0 is there a general reason for this?

For Straight Pulls Gridlines helped me a lot but my most common mistakes are hitting greats and much more Hurting mixing Ricght and left, for Example send it shots and it says move 2 rings left😂 and no i dont have a left right problem, just a blackout mind on those shots
@BKGolfClash2 жыл бұрын
It can happen! I’ve also mixed up left and right on shot setups, those are painful errors! 😂

I can't pull over the center of the bulls eye because my fingers are too thick. I just can't see under there.

Please correct my thinking after watching this video and your video regarding "pulling over the bullseye". This video states pulling from outside white ring across the bullseye to outside edge of the white ring (on the other side of the bullseye) exceeds pulling 10 rings by a "small amount", that amount never mentioned in this video. Thus, to pull exactly 10 rings in one complete pull, this method, would be discouraged (i.e., incorrect sum total). Hence pulling to the bullseye or over the bullseye twice as you suggested is recommended for accuracy. However, your video "pulling over the bullseye" has a graphic showing the variation of ring distances/sizes, but that the distance from outside white ring to the center of the bullseye is EXACTLY equal to 5 rings total. That being the case, outside white ring to center of bullseye is equidistant regardless of which angle this ring is turned prior to pulling rings for shot adjustment. In your other video, outside white ring directly across the bullseye to the outside edge of white ring on the other side of bullseye, therefore, _should equate_ to exactly a ring pull of 10 rings. Why would it not be (as spoken in this video)? Thank you Ben for your clarification (in advance). Love your precision analysis!!!

When you guys share your video you never share if elevation is up or down, thats where I have problems. There is a big difference in up or down. Thanks
@BKGolfClash2 жыл бұрын
I always state the elevation - if I say Max +10% then it’s downhill elevation (ball is affected more by the wind). And if I ever mention a minus percentage, then that implies it’s an uphill elevation.

When looking at wind angle variant what am I looking at the wind direction of where it’s pointing I don’t ever get what to look at
@BKGolfClash2 жыл бұрын
You should look at the angle when you are about to adjust your rings - imagine a line going up vertically from the bullseye as your reference point. These are the angles that are shown in text guides. If not having a text guide, you can estimate differences yourself visually if following a video. For example, if I have straight tailwind on a par 3, but you notice your imaginary centre line is to the right, then try applying 2 clicks of Left curl to compensate.
