Wizardry Variants Daphne is easily one of the best mobile games. Despite the terrible launch it had and the issues with the game, I've had an absolute blast with it

I'm completely out of the loop for this game. Is this based off of that really old Wizardry series? I think I used to play some of them on the PS2.

I have been LOVING Wizardry Daphne!!!! It’s a challenge but it’s SO FUN! and it add this level of ‘choice’ that feels very unique!!

Wizardry variants daphne 🙏 is a great game. Arguably the best in the market rn because it feels like a legit good game that you'd buy on steam. It doesn't feel like a gacha. But the monetization sucks and they're not very generous at all. People say FGO is more generous than them (that's really bad). But everything else outside of gacha and monetization is great. Hopefully, they will improve on these aspects so that they can top the revenue charts consistently in the future.

I had the Overlord gacha on pre-order just because it was recommended a few months ago on the store. Yesterday, it auto-downloaded on my phone, i saw the crunchyroll icon next to it, and it was an insta uninstall.

I highly recommend playing Wizardry Variants Daphne. It plays like a premium JRPG despite being a gacha. The downside of this game is its monetization though.

Man, I'm very excited for Heaven Burns Red. Probably more so than any upcoming game in the next few months, gacha or otherwise. Other than that, Gran Saga, Ash Echoes and Girls Frontline 2 are looking good too. Not sure if I'm gonna stick with any of these on the long term, but I'll at least give them a try. Also, looks like Etheria Restart just got a new CBT. Other than that... I've been meaning to give Wizardry a shot. Heard terrible things about it at launch, but it kinda caught my interest after that... Well, I guess this is as good a time as any to do it, although I'm already spending more time than I want on gachas.

You should find a way to play the new Wizardry. It's amazing. Probably my favorite Gacha I've ever played. It puts gameplay before all else and feels like its a full Wizardry game and not a mobile spin off.

Yo FG please check Horizon Walker (호라이즌 워커) , it just got a global release and just looking at the cover you'll know it's 3d Waifu collector, with some husbando i guess but not really. Korean developer with not the best history but would love your opinion on this gacha game. P.S the Korean vers. is 19+ (18+ for us) but the mobile version censored it, looking like a steam vers will be coming out in 2025 that matches the full uncensored korean vers.

Wizardry variants Daphne should be amazing. But it's brutally hard for a gacha - and not in a strategy way, in a no matter what you do, you're always barely able to survive fights that shouldn't be dangerous. permadeath for your gacha'd units is possible. It's REALLY stingy, and the stores are all really expensive - the cash store, the inn, the blacksmith, and even the regular equipment store feels expensive versus the income you're able to generate from dungeon diving. I can't tell you how many times I've died trying to revive a fallen teammate because the QTE feature is insanely hard to time exactly right. Or how many times I've been 1-shot by a random attack - my warrior and knight units, not even the squishy classes. The monsters are all damage sponges to a stupid degree. They can have 500 - 800+ health at low levels, when you maybe have 80 hp and can do 40-80 damage per turn. you can't restore stamina/mp by any means other than returning to town or the campsites on 2 of 7 floors of the dungeon. You can't disable traps, but you can detect them. And some of the content leaves you no way around taking the hit from the trap to collect the treasure or reach the end of a stage.

It's weird that it doesn't work on your phone because mine is a red magic and it seems to work on mine, well at least I can get to the menu I haven't had more of a play of it yet, I've heard on Reddit that certain people can't play it due to it being very glitchy

Gran sage will flop after its first month for sure. The game took way too long to realize. There are now way better games than Gran sage.

I agree, but its saving grace is that it's an mmo. As far as mobile MMORPGs go, it is the best. But if you're not into mmos and grinding, then yeah, it's a skip.

Eh, I think it might do alright. I don't expect it to have the same level of success as Hoyo games or even WuWa, but I think there is a good chance it will pull a ToF and just stick around for a while, pulling decent numbers and releasing regular content without topping any revenue/popularity charts, or getting caught up on these gacha wars too much after launch.
