As a teenager in 2016, I feel like Jelena should've been first. Sure, Kimye is annoying, but behind his ego and her naked body, I think it's true love, considering that they've known each other and have seen each other date other people before ending up together. She insinuated herself into the Beatles and people never forgave her for that. The bed scenes were all over the news and people got tired of it. And BTW...he had sex with another woman at a party right in front of Yoko, which is why she sent him away for a few years which he spent with May Peng and heroin. I went to New York when he was killed and I mourned him. He was a genius and I loved his talent as a writer, songwriter, artist and singer. All that aside, age is no condition to knowing about Yoko and John’s relationship. Beatles fans are divided on Yoko, yes but many could see the impact she had on John. Yes, he icheated on her, but she also advised he take time with May Pang. May is more than happy to talk about it herself via Twitter, if you ask her. She liked Yoko, though found her intimidating. There was (and remains) no rivalry between them. John was in a dark place before he got into harder drugs. He had demons all his life, right from the moment his mother Julia was killed in front of him by a drunk driver. Now to the point of the video. It’s my belief that some fans disliked yoko, others did not. She made him better and helped him get clean , long after he left May Pang. She helped him express something and perhaps, gave voice to HIS distain for the Beatles at that time. It comforted him to have her there. Some fans loved what they created together, even if they did not quite understand it. Others, hated her outright. Most though, saw John as a true leader for peace. It was THAT that brought everyone together under John’s banner, especially in America. John just felt the need to do SOMETHING to champion for a better wold. Yoko just gave him freedom to approach it without boundaries. So no, they DON’T belong on this list.
