Daryl will go down in history as one of the best original characters created by an adaptation along side others like Harley Quinn.

Harley was originally created as an one-off sidekick for the Joker in Batman: The Animated Series, she and her voice actress, Arlene Sorkin, proved to be so popular and memorable, she became a recurring character, who later was offically crossed over into comic book canonicity.
