@@AndrewPidor Yes it seems as if most people become fixated on the Russian Imperial crown, I was scouring the comment section looking for someone to mention the raw beauty of the Andes crown to no avail 💔 Hearing the story of how this crown was made for the Virgin Mary actually got me thinking about how God would feel about us crowning humans as our King when in the bible it says we have only but one King, one Father, one Savior. Maybe the Andes got it right by crowning Mary their queen? I wonder since coronations are religious ceremonies if God sees royals as false kings and if we will be punished for idolizing false kings

Thank you for posting, I will look at the other videos on ur channel! The crowns and royal jewels that I always found the most enchanting, the most like fairytales, are all Russian: crowns and tiaras for princesses and other royal women depicting nature, golden wheat shafts intertwined with flowers inlaid with precious stones, rings of gold bumblebees in flight over diamond flowers... I saw one such ring at a Russian Exhibit at iut local he Art Institute and the bee was on a sort of wire or spring of gold, so literally bounced back and forth - flew - over the garden of tiny flowers on the band. Magical.

Anyone with a bit of money can commission a crown that looks just like the Russian one and they would have just as much historical significance. Some of the others are totally irreplaceable and uncopyable with genuine stones. Most of the stones on the last one are worth more than the Russian crown.. each!
@VladimirRyabtsev2 жыл бұрын
@@chumleyk You are wrong! When they created a copy of the Russian crown, they could not find so many diamonds weighing even 1 carat. The original crown is encrusted with 4936 diamonds with a total weight of 2858 carats, 75 Indian pearls, one diamond of 10.11 carats and topped by a ruby of 398.72 carats. I'm doing okay. Not a lot has changed for me as I'm usually stuck at home due to my chronic pain and other health issues. Due to being in a high risk category for getting this virus, I'm just staying at home. The last time I went out was about a week before Easter. Due to the bushfires we experienced recently, the Government were funding face masks for those affected by smoke and I was lucky to receive a box of 20, 5 of which I gave to neighbours but they've come in handy now. I just feel bad for all the healthcare workers like yourself who are in positions where they are unable to access any. If I go out to the supermarket, I wear one as it has a great deterrent effect on others as well as gloves. They see you wear one and keep their distance, as they should anyway but so many are making a mockery out of the seriousness of all this. Just because we haven't the large death tolls of other nations, doesn't mean we're out of the woods. We are just entering our Cold and Flu Season so this will be the test. It's something the Northern Hemisphere need to remember that just because it's getting warmer up there, things are just picking up down here. Our cases have been very low but we have an entire Continent with a relatively small population. It's those Cruise Ships that I call the floating Petri dishes that have been our biggest threat and cause of death as well as international travel. I just hope they don't relax restrictions too early due to the whingers. Look what happened the other day in the US where masses of people flooded the streets and beaches etc. in protest against being in lockdown. What fools. Doesn't help when they have a "president" with no political experience at all and is himself making a mockery of it. God help us if the Yanks discover a vaccine or cure first. Trump will use it to cover up his political failings through all this and the lack of preparedness. I'm a member of Médicins Sans Frontiéres and feel so badly for them having to tackle their usual projects around the globe and then Chinese COVID-19 on top! I still continue to support my NGO's during this time when they really need it. I was so shocked that Trump is going to halt future funding, they've already paid this term luckily, to the WHO when they need it the most in the middle of a Pandemic! I have some friends in the States who refer to him as an imbecile and they are right! Anyway, enough of politics. Please take care of yourself as well as your patients. I have a neighbour who is a nurse at an aged care facility and I worry about her too. Be careful and get plenty of rest when you can! Love Kris.

English crown has a HUGE precious diamond stolen from India during the Imperial reign of Queen Victoria. The Indian govt has asked for it to be returned to India but the British refuse to give it back, Just another of the precious treasures stolen by the British all over the world during their time of colonization.

Hello, my friend. I am well! Each of us on opposite ends of a spectrum. Your job, much more difficult than mine.. it has to be taxing to care. For people who may pass. You can’t help but get attached to them. Putting your own life on the line. Truly commendable! And then you take the time to bring some much needed beauty and splendor into the lives of everyone. I on the other hand work for a company that produces sanitation weapons such as hand sanitizer, microbial soaps and the like. We have all been called to duty to fight in the war of contagions. Keep up the good fight!

One more thing...your computer voice has been well trained! Annunciation is right on par, however, I still miss your soft charismatic voice. Doubt I’ll be able to take that road trip with my sister to go rock hounding this summer. Too bad I was so looking forward to finding some amethyst, opal geodes and tigers eye! ☹️

Hi there, thank you so much for dropping, my apologies if the crown of Emperor Faustin was not included in the list. But i took time to read the history of the crown, 🤗. But in the end i could only make 10 pieces in the video, and if only i can make it more, i would, because there is a lot more to share.

No, don't worry, there are much more expensive crowns then the crown of Nepal. This report is just totally shallow and has absolutely nothing to do with the truth. It is just the opinion of the author, who is not really well informed.

There's also a special crown in the Philippines... the old Crown of the original image of Santo Niño de Cebu. Displayed in the Basilica Museum it was worn by the image of the Holy child during the 16th century and was later replaced by the image's Canonical Crown in 1964. Made in gold and some special stones with pearls, emeralds and enamel.
