Stop telling people bs. Any species of arowana is found in fresh water (the Amazon, and it isn’t illegal to fish them). Koi/carp (koi are a species of carp) are also freshwater. You can get koi for much cheaper (a goldfish is a species of koi). Get your facts straight.

You had a lot of wrong facts in this video, what you said about the koi was an insult to every koi keeper. But what you said about the bluefin tuna was simply wrong and and you were missing the most important fact about it. First of all, The biggest bluefin tuna ever caught weight about 650Kg pounds. 220Kg is nothing special. The reason why it was sold for 1,8 million dollar is because of traditions. Every tuna season starts with the highest quality tuna caught. And because its the first tuna of the season, its believed that getting this tuna brings luck and wealth to the buyer. the following tuna will still cost a lot but nothing close to 1,8million

I know this has already been said by about 50% of the commentors but I'll say it again because it's a pretty bad mistake to be making. Arawanas and koi are both freshwater, not just the ray, and the fact that the koi was overlooked is particularly surprising because most people know about koi and have seen them in ponds. I get not knowing about the Arawana, but that's still something you could do a 30 second google search about and verify that it is freshwater.
