Aren't we gonna ignore the fact that Anna was the one that saved Arendell because if Anna never destroyed the dam in the enchanted forest, the spirits would never unfreeze Elsa, which would then lead to Elsa saving Arendell from being flooded. So, if it wasn't for Anna, Arendell would've been screwed.

Anna has already her place in the list with Frozen 1. Elsa did figure out what needed to be done at the cost of her own life nearly and ultimately stopped the flood so I think she can be mentioned there without Anna, we know what she did in the film anyway.

I’m glad Cinderella 3 a twist in time at least got an honourable mention. It’s definitely one of the better straight to DVD Disney sequels and love how Anastasia turned good. Especially after seeing her slowly change in the second movie dreams come true! That was probably the best part of it.

Honestly... I think Mulan saving her father was more brave than her "saving China" considering it was very likely she would've been killed either in war or by being discovered rather than her actions later in the movie where she was technically a trained soldier already and in the end tbh it was team work but ok 🤷

Her father was already safe after she got spared by Shang. She could've just returned home by that point since she was no longer a soldier. Hence, it was even braver for her to save the people outside of her own family.

Don't get me wrong, Elsa stopping the flood was just as important and she even looked awesome while doing so, but you should've also mentioned Anna getting the rock giants to destroy the dam in the first place, which is one of the reasons I value both of them equally rather than choose one or the other like most people do! Number 1 should have been "Anna destroys the dam." She was willing to destroy her whole kingdom to free the forest. And add the fact that she pulled herself together and did such a brave thing AFTER her sister and friend "died". And you got yourself one heroic Queen.

Everyone always only remembers from old Disney princess movies is having the prince saving the princess, but to be honest they have both the guy and girl saving each other during the movie and a lot of those movies have the princess doing all the saving, why do people still think that the older princesses are bad influence on children? That's right. It wasn't the Prince who saved the original Cinderella. It was her friendship with the mice that motivated them to get to free her and it was her idea to get the dog to scare off the cat. So Cindy actually contributed to saving herself.

No, because were it not for Elsa wanting to find out the truth, Anna wouldn't have known that their grandfather was the cause of the spirits being mad. Also, since the 'fifth spirit' was a bridge between the spirits and the normal realm, Elsa AND Anna were both responsible. But Elsa was the one that heard the voice and followed it to its conclusion. :)

Elsa - from the beginning - wanted to do this alone, to put no one in danger; she felt that she HAD to do it alone. Were it not for Elsa wanting to follow the voice and find out the truth, the spirits would still be mad, and the people in the mist would still be trapped within.

Okay, to have Rapunzel not be in the top 5 is a kind of slap to the face. With all she's done and how she faced Gothel deserved more. And, though I love Elsa, Anna is the more heroic of the duo in both features since she was the one that went ahead with the dam and faced the giants. Like it worked out in the end when Belle took her dad's place because her "capture" was not what he appeared, but Rapunzel was going to leave it all behind and live a lie with a person hell bent on using her for the rest of her life. I liked the way you put Anna's punching Hans, commercial , splash that made me laugh. And also in the original Frozen Elsa risked losing her Queen title name, and gave love back to her frozen sister. My personal #1: Elsa taking the plunge into the depth of atohallan despite her mother's warning, then forcing herself to look the horrible truth about her grandfather straight in the eye and willingly let herself put into cryo-sleep as a hostage until the evil deed was avenged (or maybe even - as most of you probably would put it - sacrificing her own life in order to atone for the sins of her ancestors).

I think Kiara should be on the list. She always stood true to her ideals and her feelings, never relenting, even when her blockheaded father exiled her lover. She stood even against him and went on to find Kovu, and then proceeded to give him the bravery to choose making things right instead of escaping together, which would have been easier. And then again, along Kovu, she had the courage to stand in between two rival "armies" and advocate peace - and manage to actually convince them. And then, she even did everything she could in order to save Zira, who did so many evil things in her life and wanted to kill her. Truly, she's one of the best Disney princesses.

Her and Mulan are my favorite princesses. Kiara saved her dad named simba in two ways. She reminds him what we are one means which she used that speech to saved his soul from hatred and reminds him to forgive and move on and she also saved his life from the lioness zira who couldn't let things go.

Or a series I think would work better for all the princesses and heroines to get the recognition they need to build a character for a decent series. A movie wouldn’t be able to cater to everyone’s favorite princesses. But that’s just my opinion.

It was inevitable the TV series would be excluded (there are only three princess TV series) but it must be pretty frustrating for Rapunzel, who gets to do a lot of awesome things in the Tangled series. In the grand finale of that show, she slayed a 1000 year old demon, used the power of the syndrome and moonstone to heal everyone in her kingdom, and (most heroically of all) forgave and helped a former friend who travelled down a very dark and destructive path...

❤I love all these princesses. However, I do wish they had put Esmeralda on the list. Even though she's not an official princess, she has all the qualities to be one, she's beautiful on the inside and out, she's kind, she's brave, she's strong, she stands for what's right, and even when Frollo offers her to be saved from being burned at the stake if she chooses to be his, she doesn't give up her freedom to Frollo even if it means she'll be burned. Who doesn't love that part when she spits straight in his face?

I think Anna's attitude is beautiful, saving her sister that she could hate (not that it's Elsa's fault) but her attitude that made her my favorite princess, that made me idolize this woman it was when Anna broke the dam, which was the hardest part, I think this act of hers is at the level of Mulan or Moana, she not only saved Arendelle, she saved a people that were not hers, doing what was right! Anna is badass and no early marriage can change that.
