I loved Amanda. Such a fun character to watch. *MY FAVORITE COUPLES AND WHY* 1. Ian and Mickey: ian encourages mickey to come out of the closet and mickeys personality softens up as he spends more time with ian. 2. Fiona and Jimmy (steve): Jimmy was Fiona's first love and Jimmy literally wanted his first family with Fiona. 3. Fiona and Mike: Although Fiona cheated on Mike, he was good for her. He wanted the best for her, giving his all to her. He made her laugh, he was honest with her, he bonded with the kids, was proud of her n wanted to show her off to his family, and he was just a super good guy. 4. Veronica and Kevin: Veronica and Kevin are good for each other bc they're both loyal to each other and always talk things out with each other when they're in an argument. Also find ways to make each other happy. Let's not forget the bond with their kids together. 5. Lip and Mandy: even though Lip didn't appreciate the good that Mandy has done for him, they were a good couple. Mandy always wanted what was best for him and although she's been used and lied to her whole life she is filled with love whenever she's with Lip. Lip slowly begins to soon realize that Mandy IS good for him but was sadly too late to tell her that as she leaves. 6. Carl and Bonnie: both of the two bonded over coming from broken homes and having a family to look after. Not to mention the two both loved trouble and always found themselves in it together. Plus Bonnie was Carls first kiss and first heartbreak when she disappeared and Carl was her first love. 7. Debbie and Sandy: both give each other advice based on their own past experiences, help each other better themselves, and not to mention they're both different yet the same in many ways. Debbie saw a future with Sandy and Sandy saw the same. Raising Franny together. 8. Frank and Monica: although the two are horrible parents, Frank falls in love with her all over again every time he sees her. He always makes sure she's okay when she's going thru her manic episodes, tries to giver her everything she wants, includes her in his scams and etc, and he sees n wants a long lasting future with her. *THOSE ARE JUST MY OPINIONS NO NEED TO HATE*

I love too geek out over Shameless and listen to others opinions so thanks for sharing :) Lip with Karen reminds me of Frank and Monica (Lip really is similar to Frank, highly intelligent but self sabotaging and prone to addiction). I think if Karen hadn't been run over, she would forever be his Monica, and he probably would never get his shit together. But boy was I intrigued by her and missed her on the show! Unlike Monica who never seemed to intentionally hurt or manipulate others, I most definitely believe that Karen knew how to play Lip like a fiddle. I wished Lip and Mandy were endgame though. She was probably the most tragic character in the show in my opinion, and considering what show we're talking about that says alot. The Gallagher curse, never appreciate when something good and healthy come knocking on the door.

Kev and V didn't experience even a fraction of what Ian and Mickey had to go through to be together... their relationship didn't have half as many obstacles like homophobic family or mental illness. Kev and V also had that throuple storyline with Svet which kinda killed the relationship for me. Ian and Mickey did start out rough which was mostly due to Terry and then Ian's bipolar but now that it's under control (i hope) and once Terry finally dies (hopefully a slow painful death) then there is really nothing holding Ian and Mickey back

And if Mickey were there and Ian still blew up that van (because Mickey can’t control Ian only support him) you know damn well he would’ve been to his court date and guaranteed him protection in jail and everything else. Trevor just disappears while Ian’s having a serious manic episode and leaves Ian to fend for himself. Yeah, that’s not a good partner

I stopped watching some time after Mickey & Ian split at the border (i think?? i’m not the best with remembering where I leave off lol) but I remember trevor not being a great person for Ian. your partner isn’t a puzzle to solve or a “problem” to fix but Trevor never took Ian’s mental illness seriously and wasn’t supportive AT ALL when Ian would devolve. I understand that not everyone is equipped to handle certain situations and you can never force a person into treatment but their relationship should not be in the spotlight the way it is 😪 Ugh you said it perfectly but i can’t help but rant LOL

How I felt about Lip and Mandy, Hmm, he was scared to say no to her in fear that her brothers would react like they did with Ian! People always say he should have been up front with her from the beginning but I think it was fear! Mandy was so possessive, psychotic and needy I don't know why people like her so much. They say Lip treated her bad, when I feel his treatment of her was all reactionary! She was the definition of Toxic!

MsMojo always gets Shameless a little bit wrong. Ten years of Gallavich and they show their painful break up scene like three times. Trevor wasn’t healthy for Ian or sweet. He didn’t help Ian reconcile with Monica- he didn’t understand the damage she did and told Ian to get over it. Mickey for all his baggage would have been better for Ian in that particular Monica situation if he could have been there because he gets it. Also Lip and Sierra? Ffs.

I watched the first 4 seasons of Shameless when they came out for Kev and V and (sometimes) Lip. Then I stopped watching it and got back into it this year and stayed for Galllavich lol....
