Most EVERY luchador is taken completely out of a match by ONE move when the big guys say "enough is enough" and are fed up with all the flipping and jumping around. the fact is that they're so small and light that they ONLY really shine and perform well against each other. I mean I actually almost STOPPED watching WWE when they gave Rey Mysterio his World Heavyweight Push and was even more disgusted when he actually WON that title. considering the contenders at the time it was just a stupid ass decision. I mean Rey winning when there was Bautista; Brock Lesnar; Kurt Angle; Undertaker; Big Show; Kane. Triple H; Goldberg; JBL; and among that roster Rey Mysterio is the best World Heavyweight???

@ranchosdelnorte2 ай бұрын
@@raphaelkoch1573 He was there about a year but didn't really do anything. Had a debut match against a jobber, then got partnered with Undertaker immediately and was even scheduled to fight alongside him in Wrestlemania against Big Show and A-Train before they realized how big of a mistake that was and changed it to a handicap match instead. Then he becomes part of a team full of giants lead by Lesnar which included Big Show, A-Train, and Mat Morgan in preparation for Survivor Series. Jones has several tag matches with those members and lost all of them, including the big event in Survivor series. He decided to quit under a month later. They tried to set him up for success yet he couldn't pull it off. He worked with and against all the big men, and he also worked with some of the top wrestlers who are known for being able to work with anyone and make them look good(Taker, Angle, Benoit, Cena) yet nothing seem to work. You could still say that the writers might have done a terrible job, or it might just be another case of a wrestler who is all body-no talent.

Massive controversial opinion here but Number 1 most overhyped Wrestler of ALL TIME is Goldberg. The man CANNOT wrestle to save his life. He's just big; pumped; aggressive; and is the KING of No-Sell. That's all he is. People say that Dwayne Johnson has a clause ion his movie contracts that he can NEVER lose a fight, right?? Well Goldberg MUST have had a similar one with WCW and then WWE because those matches were just garbage to watch. NOT ONCE in his entire career did I ever see him show ANY wrestling talent. 99% of Goldberg's matches were him using his ONLY two moves (both being finishers) right out the gate and just winning. Even Brock Lesnar no longer amuses me. He just tackles people into the corner trusts his shoulder into them and just German Guplex's until they just can't defend themselves anymore. I get it he's STRONG AF, but FFS DO something in the ring. be entertaining. I mean that IS the entire point of professional wrestling. "Sports Entertainment."

His loss to Owen Hart at Wrestlemania X showed just hoe technically superior BOTH of them are to the other average joe's in the business. Before that many fans thought Owen sucked. Personally I CAN'T get behind someone who is hyped for being hyped. I'll bet money that fans were paid to start chanting Goldberg in the crowd until it caught on by people who didn't know any better. I get it. It's Pro wrestling; you aren't supposed to get that deep. But that's the point. "PRO" wrestling. when you have zero talent, you have zero business even BEING Pro.

This might sound left-field, but Ultimo Dragon seemed like a cautionary tale to the “What if Hayabusa had gone to WWE?” story. The guy broke his neck because of his high-flying style and if he had gone over as “H” then WWE would have effectively treated him the same as Dragon

I thought Ryback only was in WWE for 2 years and I didn't know he turned Babyface before he was let go lol

Lex Luger had 2 major problems: A. He lacked charisma, B. He had the WORST finisher of all time. That platinum elbow thing was terrible, not the least bit exciting and actually felt like cheating.
