Russian Raptor patrol boat or special operations boat has a top speed of 50 knots not 15 knots. The problem with Ai commentary is the computer just reads what is written without question. Even a dumb bum like me knows a speed of 15 knots is ridiculously slow for a high speed patrol boat.
