Switch Wanda and Fate, and than Wanda and Zatanna. And you have the most true most powerfull magicians of comics untill now. Doctor Manhattan is not included besides his powers can bê considered chaotic manipulation via scientomagic. Dormammu not included because this list only looks humanoids. Entities, animals and demons (like Etrigan) are't included.
