Hi there! I’ve recently started collecting LV pieces. I’ve literally switched my gambling addiction to LV but of course this addiction is much more pleasant. I purchased my first piece fourth of Jul weekend and now own some 10 pieces to my fiancé’s chagrin 😂. I’ve visited at least 5 different boutiques despite Covid - I wish I could afford to go everyday 🙃 Anywho, I’m glad to have found your channel. You are well versed, charming, gorgeous, and intelligent! Congratulations on law school btw. Well... it’s been raining lately. My Speedy Bandoulière got wet. So did my Vavin. The waitress actually spilled water on it before I was rained on actually. She acted like nothing happened. I recently purchased a Felicie Pochette and now I’m terrified to even unbox it. I’m highly considering buying the On The Go for my work - specially after seeing how much you love yours. I say all this to ask, what do you do when your bags get wet? What if the On The Go gets wet? Can I just ignore it and go on about my business? If so, will I get discolorations later? I understand water spots on the vachetta parts but the leather, is it ok to get wet? My mules also got wet. They are shoes for crying out loud! I don’t see how I can stop my shoes from getting wet. Thanks for reading this long comment. I’d greatly appreciate your advise or if you or another subscriber could direct me to a video you may have covered this, If one exists.

I filmed a video showing how to protect LV vachetta from water spots using Apple garde: kzbin.info/www/bejne/h4S1q3mEiLiFncU If water accidentally gets on any of your LV leather or canvas just be sure to wipe it away immediately. My OTG GM has been rained on during my work commute - I just wipe off the excess water and it still looks good as new! Even if water spots get on the vachetta it will eventually be less noticeable as the leather darkens and develops a patina 🥰

Love this video! I think the le pilage is often forgotten. Also I can verify that Longchamp will repair your bag! They can fix the holes that happen in the corner. The bag does become slightly smaller but totally worth it.

I was very close to getting the same one (in the same color too!) but I went for the Toy LouLou in black instead. I haven’t bought Coach in a loooong time but I really like that Oxblood color. I use the Longchamp every single day for my swimming bag. In the winter I usually am carrying a Chanel classic in the summer speedy 25. I love the Gucci blooms it is my favorite out of all the Gucci anything. The on the go is similar to your Beis. Have you done a comparison?
