All Dogs Go to Heaven since Judith Barsi and her mother were murdered by her abusive alcoholic father.

Rest in Peace, Judith Barsi, it's so heartbreaking that no one could save her or her mother from her abusive father. She deserved to live a long and fulfilling life, but it was sadly robbed from her by her own flesh and blood. 😢💔

It's sad that all three leads of "Rebel" died tragically young, and we never got to see how far James Dean could have gone in his budding career.
@Film-Watcher12Күн бұрын
To be honest I don’t think James Dean would’ve lived much longer anyways. He was so reckless

I think cast members being 'problematic' is considerably less 'doomed' than a batch of them dying fairly soon, or getting cancer from filming near an A-Bomb test.
@clairehoskin76323 күн бұрын
Crazy to think that we didn’t know at the time that these celebs would become so problematic.

Honestly, "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" ruined the "Harry Potter" franchise for me. And not because of the cast or crew. It was just an all-around terrible movie that lacked the magic of its predecessors.

Goodfellas (1990) RIP Ray Liotta Joe Pesci retired after 1999 but had a horrible comeback In The Irishman (2019) and Robert DeNiro got the better end of the deal but he still did Dirty Grampa (2017) and If anyone wants Aubrey Plaza more It's yours truly

I would've loved see Ray in The Irishman; at least to make a Goodfellas reunion; but anyway having him on Marriage Story was enough.

This reminds me: there’s something that always annoyed me about revivals/reboots/sequels/spin-offs that I don't think anyone brought up and it's annoyed me every single time: there's always at least one cast member or crew member who will never come back. This isn't always a bad thing...IF the character isn't important to the story and the old writers and producers who are out of ideas pass the torch to new talented writers and producers. But in the worst case scenario, they either died or retired or fucked up their career beyond repair or just to be petty against a cast member or crew member. I don't even watch Sex & The City and Kim Catrall is the first person who comes to mind on that last part. Especially when the writers can't come up with a justifiable reason why this character is uncharacteristically not there. Where was Eddie during Raven's birthday? Where was Cory during his and Raven's dad's birthday? What the fuck did you do to Juliet!?! How are you gonna explain Chloe in this planned animated Smallville sequel!?! She's literally the only main character who showed up on every single season! But then the writers do come up with an explanation but it's BS. I hate that they killed off Carlos in the new Descendants movie! They never outright say they killed him off, let alone why he’s gone but I hate it either way. Because some of the other actors from the movie trilogy were adamant about never making another installment without Cameron Boyce after his tragic passing and almost no one came back for that movie! Which makes me wonder how they were strong armed into making that mid animated wedding special. Which, by the way, they could've taken full advantage of the animation by letting Carlos be in the story with archived dialogue. Maybe his family and loved ones would've been uncomfortable or something. We'll likely never know. Give the iCarly revival this, they never forgot about Sam and gave us a good enough explanation for her absence and even made her an important part of the story even with her continued absence. I really hope they get a movie to close out this mom plot.😢

I thought “doomed” cast referred to problematic cast members, not people who got sick and died

Johnny Depp was innocent. JK Rowling said offensive things but she was not part of the cast. She's not a predator and she never abused people like the other actors. They don't count as doomed. Everything else on this list could be viewed as doomed.

These kind of retrospective movie lists are pointless. Why put a modern spin on them? Just enjoy the movie or don't and move on. I am not going to find a movie troublesome because of what a cast member might have said 5 years after the movie's release. Or what happened on the set 55 years ago..

@jessrosefawkes2721 the f*ck is WOKE? Tell me, please, what even is "woke"? Accepting that every person has human rights and deserves to be treated with dignity no matter their religion, skin color, gender or physical condition? Recognizing that the world is messed up place and some groups are treated unfairly? That is woke? The absolute bare minimum to being a decent human being that contributes to society? That is woke? Lovin' your children and accepting them no matter what instead of making them hate you for your bigotry and devotion to soulless ghouls on golden towers and mansions? Not using your tongue as toilet paper for those same oligarchs? That is woke?
