@@lowcountrylifestyles no specific location for info. Sometimes the fees are not as big an issue as the HOA rules and regulations. Some places are pretty strict. Hate to move in only to have to move out

Sun City is a 55+ community. There are communities in Bluffton that sell lots. And you can build custom homes in those. Feel free to reach out to me and I can send you more information.

Bluffton, Hilton head, and Beaufort all have decent nightlife. But Savannah has a really great nightlife, which is only about 30 minutes away.
