I like 2200 as well. It’s kind of like a single-family home and a condo. And they have four bedroom condo units. By the way, hub is also an office building.

It’s a big development, that 44 story tower was supposed to be rental apartments but now it’s going to be condos rated for Airbnb and vacation rentals. It’s becoming the new trend in Miami now. And Bakar is a big development as well. We already got the condo tower for that but there might be a second 80 story tower.

Ora…. That’s one of my favorite condos in that area. And it’s gonna be under the brand of a very famous membership club and restaurant in Miami. Some of the condos are going to be rated for Airbnb. They even have four bedroom condos. They are pretty cheap for Brickell new construction high rises

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh that one is beautiful. That one, the Mandarin Oriental is an iconic landmark. Although I don’t know why they would tear down the current hotel that’s there.
