That shot of Sato flying past at 1:33 was insane. I know modern camera angles are set up to include sponsors. This is devaluing the on-car branding, diverting money from the teams to the tracks/media owners and reducing the camera operator's ability to make engaging shots, focused purely on action. What liberty media are doing on KZbin is great but the actual live TV broadcast needs way better camera work with less of these wide sponsor shots. Too many decisions in the sport have been made at the expense of audience enjoyment, this is just another one.

I remember the podium at hungary 2006 with Button in first, de la Rosa in second and Heidfeld in third position and for me this was the happiest podium I have seen in F1. :) Of all those drivers in these top 10 list I think Andretti was the worst of all. Unbelievably weak on track and a shame for McLaren. Sure the Car was 1993 not so good as in the years before but one race before his last at monza he had only 3 (!) points and Senna in comparison had 53 points... :-/
@MrSniperfox29

Andretti brought a lot of it on himself by refusing to move to Europe (where everyone was based) so he had to commute a lot. That said he also suffered by less practice laps (so he couldn't learn the tracks) and Senna's decision to stay with the team with the young upstart Mika Hakkinen waiting in the wings.

Shame Kamui was dropped the following year - he didn't get as many podiums as Perez, but only finished 6 points behind him. It was probably more down to the lack of Japanese involvement in the sport at the time.

The crowd chanting "Ka-mu-i" at Suzuka 2012 still gives me chills. Miss him in F1, he was such a great talent with plenty of raw speed, shown by him smashing the Le Mans record 2 years ago and getting pole again this year, going faster than even Fernando Alonso.

Seriously that Maldonado's victory, which in a race that looked more like a parade of cars that did nothing, was considered in this top 10 the best. Kamui Kobayashi's P3 was much more magical for many of us. Maldonado dropped off the pole and won. Nothing else. Kobayashi on the pace got that P3.

Philippe Streiff deserves a mention. He took his only podium at the 1985 Australian GP despite shunting into his teammate and losing a wheel on the penultimate lap. Needless to say, Guy Ligier wasn't impressed despite a double podium finish.
