I should be on that list. I had a guy spend an hour and a half trying to cut off my head during a robbery. I suffered a cracked skull, cracked jaw, spine damage, brain damage, had an ear nearly completely amputated and then bled out until there wasn't enough blood for the wound to even ooze. I was dead at least 2 times according to EMT's and hospital staff, yet have made an amazing recovery. In court, medical staff testified that they don't know how I'm alive.

Juliane Koepcke. Search her up. She was the only survivor from a plane that had been struck by lightning, causing it to break into two pieces. She fell, strapped to her seat, to the floor of the Peruvian Rainforest. She suffered only a broken collar bone and a gash to her forehead. Several days passed and she was starving, with infected bug bites and maggots. She was found by a search and rescue helicopter (I'm pretty sure) and she survived. I remember the Moore tornado, me and my family took shelter at the cox community center in Okc for like 5 hours, the roof leaked a little with rain, our fence was blown over from strong winds, People were gathered at the warren theater, My old doctors office was blown down, Note that I am no older than a teenager so that situation was pretty tough dealing with the damage, causalities, and how oklahoma still has some damage from it and are still rebuilding.

I had a super close call. If you look up the 2012 derecho, my father was driving his car with my brother in the front passenger seat and me in the back behind my brother in that storm. It was night and we were on a two-lane road. Well, all of a sudden a huge tree fell on our car. It fell in such a way that it was diagonal along the hood of the car. Part of the tree went through my father's stomach. That was the only injury other than shattered glass in my brothers mouth and me cutting my leg on the glass and tree climbing out of the window. My father's guts were spilling out. I saw his stomach. I was in a panic. I didn't see him until weeks later when he was announced stable in the hospital. All of the doctors thought he would die. If we were any number of inches ahead on the road, we all could've been crushed by that tree.

I was in the Moore tornado. At the time I was in 2nd grade, and was in school. That morning i knew something was wrong, the sky was a yellow-green tint. It was may though, so I thought it was a rain storm. We were in our classroom, our obviously nervous teacher was reading us poems in a shaky voice. We heard blaring tornado sirens all around us, and we were so scared. At one point the teacher came on the intercom and told us to duck in cover. I will never remember my classmates cries, at one point my friend sitting next to me told me goodbye. We knew the tornado was close, for we could feel the ground shaking, and we even saw a tree being ripped from the school grounds. The window in out classroom shattered, and 3 kids got pelted with glass, but we could help the, because the tornado was right there. Things from the classroom were blend scooped from out classroom and out the window. Some kids hearing aid even flew off. I am lucky to be alive, as well as all my classmates. One unfortunate man who lived two blocks down was killed by the room collapsing on him. I will never forget that day.

I've actually cheated death too. I cracked my skull open at only two months old, falling down two flights of hardwood stairs at seven months old, breaking my chin twice at six in the same month( I have an iron chin now), and on my seventh birthday skined my knee to the bone(I have no feeling from the knee down on my right leg) and to top it off at school I fell off a swing while I was about 15 feet in the air, while I was nine and surprisingly I nearly escaped unscaved but I landed on a soccer ball on my family jewels and I hope you know what that means so I have a pretty interesting story and nothing bad has happened because now I'm 13 so hopefully I will not have any other casualties like these.
