Dear Christian, I just wanted to thank you for this video! My friends and I just returned from the Philippines, we visited for two weeks. (Got out just in time before the super typhoon!) Anyway, it was one of the best holidays we've ever had, and definitely one of the most beautiful places we've ever seen. Before going, we had no idea where to start, and your videos really helped us decide which of the thousand of islands to visit and how to navigate around them. In the end we decided on Puerto Princesa (cave tour) El Nido, Coron, Malapascua and Kawasan Falls. Maybe next time we'll be able to see Siargao, I'm really bummed that we could not fit it. ypou should have seen it in the 90s, all the way till late 90s. It was so beautiful, the sand was so white and long and a natural coconut canopy lined the beach. Now the sand has some mixed grey and they chopped most of the trees , paradise ruined.

Nice vid Christian! two things to add: 1. Tarraw cliff was closed for climbing last time I was there, it was at April 2016, they said someone died or injured there, so they closed it. Not sure if it's true.. 2. Coron! You didn't mention that one of Coron's main attractions is scuba diving the War World 2 wreck ships! . For me as a scuba diver it was not less AMAZING than diving Malapascua, and that's a big part of what making this island the 1st place of the Philiphinnes for me too :) Scuba divers dont miss this gem!

No foreigner who's a traveler wants to go to the Philippines just to see Batanes..if they want to see New Zealand then they would go to new zealand...Batanes is only popular for locals, Filipinos who can't get to New Zealand...the MAIN reason people wanna visit Philippines is coz of the island destinations and tropical sights sounds and taste they get there...that's why Luzon aint that popular compared to the islands in Palawan, Cebu, Bohol, Siargao, etc...

Some beautiful places there, but so many you have missed too. I have made a lot of friends in the Philippines now and they have taken me to some amazing places. Hundred Islands Pangasinan is great, Banaue Rice Terraces (where Thanos chose to relax after using the infinity stones :)) is really beautiful. Zambales has some beautiful coastlines and great little islands. Kalanggaman Island, Leyte is also very beautiful. 10 isn't enough of a list, there are just too many places worth visiting. Keep vlogging, really enjoy them !

1. Haggle. Tour guides there charge foreigners higher. 2. Eat at D'Talipapa. It's a fresh market where you can buy seafood. You need bring your haul to a restaurant and they'll cook eveything for you. 3. Go to Puka Beach. You can go there either by land or by sea. 4. If you'd like to drink to your heart's content, take advantage of the happy hour. Bars there have different schedules, but during that time you can buy 2 bottles of beer or cocktails for the price of 1. 5. Enjoy local cuisine. Try the chori burger and calamansi muffin. I'm Filipino but I can't even find these in Manila.
