I remember my neighbor having a Terminator 2 pinball machine in his basement. My sister's dad owns his own house remodeling/repair company. Back when I was 10 or 11 he took a job that the customer came up short on, so he ended up taking the pinball machine as part of the deal. But since he was an asshole and my step dad, he sold it to my neighbor/best friend's dad instead of letting me have it. Claimed he really needed the money to cover the cost of materials. Even back then I knew that he didn't want me to have it simply out of spite. But I still got to play it damn near every day for a little bit after school before being forced to go outside and play. You know back in the 90s when you still had to go knock on your friend's door to see if they could come out and ride bikes. The good old days before the internet ruined everyone's childhood...
