Greece has endless wonderful islands with stunning scenery, and coastline. Each spectacular. But Sardegna is wonderful too. You can't go wrong with any of it. Also on mainland Greece Halkidiki, or even the 2nd largest island of Greece connected through a bridge from the mainland has similar features shown in this video. And Evia is extremely untouched. A natural paradise of mountains rising from the sea

Yeah, we definitely recommend to rent a car to explore the island and to be able to reach the most beautiful destinations, it wouldn´t be easy to travel to all these places with public transportation, and it would be too time consuming to rely on buses or taxis. The best advice we can give you it´s to avoid the summer months, if you can go in April or May, or maybe October, you will have much less crowds and you can enjoy nature much more in our opinion, plus it´s much cheaper. The closest beaches to Cagliari in this video are the ones in Villasimius and Porto Flavia. In the southwest of Cagliari there are other famous and beautiful beaches that we didn´t have time to visit this time. Looking forward to returning in the future. Best regards.

If we had only 10 days, then maybe we would skip the last part of the trip to save time (Bosa and Porto Flavia, plus maybe spend one day less in the San Teodoro area). So difficult to choose, but visit the Baunei Coast for sure! Then the rest of the places, it´s up to you if you are looking for more beaches or you prefer towns, we would advise to find a balance between them to enjoy both the nature and the culture and history of this incredible island. Hi Maryam! Sorry for the late reply, we were travelling in Morocco and we didn´t have time to reply all the comments on KZbin. Thanks for watching our video and for commenting. Bear in mind that the roads in Sardinia may not be the easiest ones to drive for long hours, but maybe Baunei will allow you visit the east of the island this time. Villasimius and San Teodoro are not that far from Baunei. If you don´t mind driving for long, then even from Baunei you could reach La Pelosa and Li Cossi too, but you´ll spend a good time in the car and traffic will be heavier in the summer. Try to wake up very early to reach the beaches before the crowds will arrive or you may have trouble for parking in some of the most famous beaches. We have also posted long videos of our trip to Sardinia that maybe are more useful for you to prepare the trip and to understand how the roads and the distances really are in the island. Sardinia is bigger than it may seem in the map. 😅 Wish you a wonderful trip! Let us know if you have more questions! 😊

That´s a hard question 😅 If we have to choose only one area, probably we will choose 2 days in the Baunei Coast for sure, and then or Villasimius or San Teodoro Beaches could be a good addition. If you are flying to Olbia then San Teodoro is nearer, if you are flying to Cagliari then Villasimius. But if you are flying to Alghero, then La Pelosa, Costa Paradiso and Castelsardo are amazing nearby locations too. We have also long videos in our channel where we show our 2 weeks trips to Sardinia with more detail. Maybe you wanna take a look to decide better. Wherever you will choose to go, we are sure that you will love it and you could always return in the future. 😊 All the best!

You´ll have less crowds and nice weather, in 2 weeks we had rain a couple of days only, but it was nice, sunny and warm most of the time. @@krunalpatel629 yes, if you watch our Villasimius (first Sardinia video) we show how to rent the car in Cagliari airport. There are many rental companies, but be sure you get the full insurance to avoid issues and check Google Maps for positive reviews, some companies are more reliable than others. We wouldn´t advise the public transport in Sardinia unless you want to visit a very small area, the public transport won´t reach everywhere and it´ll be slow and inconvenient sometimes. Roads are safe and parking is easy, so renting a car is the best option. Best regards.
