This one’s not rare or even that hidden, but if you destroy a titan container in Arkham City before you start Bane’s side mission, Batman will talk to Alfred letting him know he found one and will wonder to Alfred why it was there. I love that attention to detail, that even if you knew ahead of time to destroy the titan containers, rocksteady had dialogue prepared for it. It also changes the dialogue with Bane a little bit upon starting his side mission, with Batman mentioning how he had already found some of the titan and destroyed it.

It's worth noting that Batman will just automatically find Zsasz's location if you trigger those two extra phone calls, just so you can actually progress the side quest.

I'm surprised they didn't add the dialogue about Victor Zsasz in Arkham Asylum, because you have to do very specific things to trigger the conversation, and if you mess up even a single thing, you miss it.

10:59 Actually never heard that one before, that's cool. The Gang War dialogue afterwards though, that's been driving me nuts for years. I heard it on several of my first playthroughs back in 2011 but then wasn't able to trigger it for like a decade. (To the point it was giving me Mandela effect vibes.)

It took me several tries to get it. There's a specific method based on timing, location, etc.

@@phantomblade9167 While I know what you mean, that didn't apply to me while I was writing because I don't even remember the first playthrough. I do however, remember the experience from the first few times I played through the game. When you've played a game dozens of times religiously for over 13 years and have thousands of hours in it, all of the original first few playthroughs blur together into one really vague memory. (Plus the Arkham games have NG+ so one playthrough to reach 100% could be two separate runs)

@@TheArkhamChannel its actually really easy. just stand outside after exiting the GCPD without coming out of the building, and wait until the dialouge between the thugs and pengins stops. then, exit out and keep walking until you get to a fence, climb out and continue on, and it should appear. its more easier then you imagine its more of a matter of patience, not just rushing when you come out

I found the Catwoman vent dialogue recently! It's very funny lol. I don't know if it's in Knight though, since in the story she's always trapped in Riddler's orphanage and in challenge maps I'm pretty sure the vent covers never appear for her so she can actually use them.

Yeah, I don’t think you can find any vents as Catwoman in Arkham Knight (counts for both the Orphanage and Riddler’s Revenge Arkham episode).

I used console commands to free roam as Catwoman in Knight a long time ago. Iirc, if you find a vent, she just rips it right off; they didn’t Re-add the City dialogue and flag preventing her from opening them. The other neat thing about Catwoman free roam is that thugs and militia have lots of dialogue for her that you’d never hear normally since she can’t leave the orphanage. Of course it got reused when Rocksteady implemented every character for every challenge map, but I still wonder if she was planned to be playable in the city at one point. Same with Robin and Nightwing.

The last dialogue with the gang war I actually triggered by accident as I was texting a friend when I was replaying this game and I heard the dialogue. I was really confused.

I don't know if it's rare dialog or not, but I've only heard it once. In Arkham Asylum when doing the combat challenges, Joker said, "Oh Dark Knight, I DO believe you're bleeding!" during the transition between rounds.

Once while replaying Return to Arkham Asylum on PS5 I did the clayface riddle before talking to him I think and it triggered a dialogue I never heard from him saying something along the lines of "congratulations you figured it out but do keep it to yourself, I have a professional reputation to uphold." Then his regular dialogue and shapes-shifting shenanigans were the same. Recently tried to trigger it again on og Asylum on PC for the anniversary but didn't get the dialogue.

In Arkham Knight, there is a time when Joker starts doing poetry about Barbara being kidnapped. it's quite hilarious tho 🤣 the thing is I don't know how to active it. The only thing I remember it happened when I was on some of the lighthouses while collecting the Riddler trophy. I played the game 4~5 times now but that's the only time I hear that dialog .

One of my fav hidden dialogues is in Arkham city between interrogating Sharp and Mr freeze battle. Joker is egging you on to kill his crew, there are multiple with large gaps that you need to hang around for. My fav is along these lines "Ring Ring, Kill someone already! Kill kill kill kill kill! I can see it in your eyes. The anger, the frustration, the feelings of repressed sexual tension. Oh hang on, is that just how you see me? Ohhh hahahaha *cough cough cough*"

There's also a very, very secret dialogue in *Arkham Knight* where Robin forces you to lock yourself up. If you try to get out of the movie theater, the game won't let you as they close the big door. However, if you are fast enough and get past the big door to the elevator, touching the button on the elevator will make Batman say, 'If I don't lock myself up, Joker will win,' and that's the first time Batman says his name

That dialogue about XE Suit progress plays for me automatically every single time I play the DLC, without requiring any restarts. It just plays as any other mandatory story dialogue should. I have the PS3 version, so perhaps the dialogue trigger is glitched on PC or something?

I’ve actually heard all of these except maybe the XE one…but that’s because I’ve played these games way too many times. Although in my dozens of Arkham City runs since it came out, I’ve only heard that gang war one once. I legit thought I dreamed it until I heard it in another rare dialogue compilation a few months ago. Never been able to trigger it again! I wonder if the trigger is bugged or something; it doesn’t really seem like a deliberately rare Easter egg like the Hush reference in Origins.

Both my Xbox and PC copies of the game would not trigger this dialogue unless I restarted the game at that specific checkpoint. I also did some digging, watched other playthroughs and noticed some people wouldn’t get the dialogue at first.
