Yeah. i don't even think they would ship at all. Usually characters on the same side get together. Scorpion is a good guy, very loyal and I don't see him being into Mileena who is evil and deceptive. He would see through it and pity her but not marry her. Mileena as far as we've seen generally likes characters who are tied to Shao Khan or herself in some way. Reiko was his general, Tanya is her advisor and friend, and Baraka.

This may sound a bit weird but I am actually a huge fan of the on-off relationship between Mileena and Baraka. There is potential for a lot of depth to it as both have fought against each other but have teamed up more times. Baraka is among the few that actually seems to respect Mileena. This is mostly in part to her being part Tarkatan, but through this he has displayed great amounts of loyalty to her. She has plotted behind the scenes numerous times and Baraka is pretty much the only one to have her back most of the time.

My thoughts in the ships/romance Sareena and Kabal- Umm this romance is actually kind of unexpected because they never met during the MK events. Khameleon and Reptile- Okay these two would be perfect together but however due to you're explanation I was sad that this ship never sailed. Li Mei and Onaga- Okay this is a weird Romance due to her being close to Kung Lao and the thought of the two together would be kind of okay, I respect this but my answer is like okay this is "fine" Mileena and General Reiko- Sure this would be okay if they Reiko wasn't a vessel of Havik the two would been together or greedy of Shao Kahn's place but in Mileena's ending she had a relationship with Tanya and probably they had a child. Sareena and Bi-Han- Yes!! YES!!!! I would've kill Quan Chi or Scorpion for turning Bi-Han into a Revenant or into Noob Saibot. Sindel and Shao Kahn- Okay so this is kinda mess up, Since in MK 11 Past Shao Kahn didn't even talk about Sindel and now in MK Aftermath When Shao Kahn said to Kitana, "You're mother was never bewitch she never has been" I was confused but...In MK 9 While Quan Chi arranged a invasion in Earthrealm Quan Chi said one line. "You'll find her more cooperative" to Shao Kahn so it's either she's still bewitch or has been put in a spell by Shang Tsung. Which got me thinking that Sindel was still bewitched but now in MK 11 Aftermath she was always evil...I'M SO CONFUSED Takeda and Jacqui- DO I need to explain? There's so cute Sonya Blade and Johnny Cage- These two REALLY said Rivals to Lovers or Denial Feelings. Jade and Kotal- These two are so cute please!!! Kitana and Liu Kang- OH BOY YOU don't know how I screamed when these two came to number one. I would’ve made it Scorpion and Mileena since Reiko was only using Mileena to get the throne. The teddy bear incident continuously gets referenced and in MKX, it’s implied the Scorpion has/had feelings for Mileena. Especially when he most likely knew what would be her fate. Plus, I would’ve also have added the Cassie/Erron romance given it’s implied both in MKX and MK11.

Here's why I don't think she would be with Baraka. Up until the new timeline they usually betrayed each other or Baraka just won and forced her to be his queen (MK2, MK Armageddon). MKX implies they had some sort of one-night stand thing, and she sounded pretty embarrassed about it when Cage spills it to her. Its not impossible, but I generally don't think Mileena has any romantic feelings for Baraka and he's pursuing her because she's just a high status female of his kind (royalty after all). They might have slightly written it off like that in MK11 but its been consistent that they don't really like each other beyond just horomonal stuff. Mileena says Baraka ''reeks of desire" and he wants her to submit to him and his authority. Then she says she won't ''mate'' with him (have his children). Where as the only characters Mileena has shown actual "love" toward is Reiko and Tanya. Her and Liu Kang could be an alt-timeline ship though too.

There's a couple non canon romances, but suggested ones. Kabal and Sareena is also non canon but it's suggested which is why it's lower on the list. I just didn't include random romances that aren't canon or suggested. Chameleon (Male) has actually never been confirmed as a saurian and was actually rumored to be an experiment from Shang Tsung. In Khameleon (female)'s MKT and Armageddon bios and endings it is said that her and Reptile are the only 2 left of the Saurians.
